You could go back and try to improve your scores on your top plays (or other maps you have played before). You won;t get very far with bad accuracy (not even okay accuracy) and the best thing to do is practice. If that means easier maps, so be it

I know, i'm playing maps 3* ar8 and i improved, but i wanted to improve a lot more,
So that i can improve on ar9 4 * more, i need to stay fc in ar8 hard?

To improve the most in 1 month, play as much as you can in 1 month.
Heh... my acc was pretty much the same as yours at your rank so it does get better with grinding. I'm still not amazing but it slowly goes up over time, so play more and don't worry
