Offset & BPM: Both look fine
Misc: The audio at the end feel kind of random and not really too clear, I would consider removing it.

00:28:060 (3,4) - This spacing is also odd, especially since the music doesn't warrant it and there isn't really much to go by in game, for example some maps may have a new combo after it to show something changing that might not be apparent due to how fast the song initiates it, but here it doesn't show much of that I would consider spacing them appropriately.
00:29:260 - Vocals indicate a note here and I think it would be appropriate (:
00:31:460 (1) - Move the middle anchor to x: 352 y: 132, for a more consistent blanket
00:36:660 (1) - The earliest I would start this is at 00:37:260 because the vocals begin their extension at that part, you should add notes/sliders to the part before instead.
00:39:060 (1,2) - Doing something as shown in the picture would remove the need to change the arrangement of the upcoming slider due to snapping issues and would create more interesting movement patterns for the player imo:
00:40:660 (1) - NC here because it's the start of the kiai.
00:45:060 (1) - I would remove one of the anchors in the middle because it's not really necessary and makes an awkward curve, you can also add two anchors, the first one being at, x: 20 y: 232 and the second at x: 96 y: 232 and it should look like this:

Keep 'Advanced' as the name for my difficulty. Novice is only usually only used for an alternative way of naming difficulties and (don't quote me) is usually only for certain songs, similar to how Touhou songs use 'Lunatic'. They follow this pattern usually
