I'm not really a fan of this process where if a map fails the first time (Routine) that it just gets put in the second round. It kinda shows either favoritism or lack of maps to choose from, which certainly isn't the case. Repeating these maps creates less room for new ones that people might actually want to vote for.

if they're added into every new vote you can just love all of them instantly basically since they'll get loved anyways after enough revotes zzz

Well last time, people complained about the plan for how if a map didn't get voted in, it was gone from any and all future polls, so people didn't like that.
