Now, what I mean by stamina doesn't mean maintaining a combo, no. I mean by actual stamina to keep tapping. I've always alternated, but I've found that I tire out on songs over 3 minutes and exceedingly fast with many streams. I can't stream constantly because my hand tires out. I figure that practicing streaming would be a good way to practice, but do any of you have any warm-ups or training regimens that you use to increase stamina?
