What helped for me was doing a few things, that may sound a bit weird but where actually very helpful
I was 1. trying out a different keyboard (that could just have helped because my previous one was total bullshit...)
2. I tried to find maps, that I could barely pass, but still didn't feel bad to play, because they are to hard! Those maps should just be fun to play, although they are actually way to hard to FC, that way you really feel great for getting an A.
3. I changed my tablet area. I have a pretty weird play style in general, but this should still apply to anyone i guess... After changing it I really had to focus solely on precision and jumping, so in the long terms that helped me improve much!
(don't forget to save your old area somewhere!)

If you're trying to improve for the sake of farming again, you'll always be out of luck.
