Find a skin with a slider ball you like and copy and paste the following from that skin to yours:Jibzi wrote:
Hello,
I've been reading the tutorial but can't find out how to achieve the thing I want.
My problem is how to change this
into this effect?
I'm talking about the slider when hit, I don't want a BIG circle when I slide, I want something like the red one (a glow?)
Thank you.
Thank you very much! I finally got it!Frostei wrote:

I tried changing the skin into different versions but it didn't seem to help. Um..maybe a dumb question but what size would fit for the pictures?dws123 wrote:
Did all of them appear from the middle? If yes, then make the skin into Version: 1 to fix
If they appeared from sides then make the skin into Verson: 2+
If that didnt solve then make sure the size fits
Hope i helped
was searching for this too but i can't find itOukskirts wrote:
Hey does anyone know all of the new sound effects and their file names for them?

Maybe these but I'm not sure (I'm too lazy to check):Traxions wrote:
I'm looking for the name of the sound file for random beatmap select (when you press F2)
Before patch it made no sound and now after patch when I hit F2 for random it's making a noise that I really dislike. Anyone know what it's called so I can dump a blank sound file in for it?
Edit: seems like it's also the same sound for clicking my friends to start a chat, as well as other menu options like "Mods"
That's the reason why, I bet. A 53 Byte .wav is... err... blank.pielak wrote:
This is what I'm supposed to have right? I put it in my skin with the name "click-short-confirm.wav" and put a blank sound on most of the wiki gameplay sounds. I even changed to the cutting edge build but whoosh.wav doesn't work. Nothing I put seems to work ;/
shutter.wavand I still can't stop the annoying whooshing sound.
select-expand.wav
heartbeat.wav
click-short-confirm.wav
click-short.wav
check-on.wav
check-off.wav
You want to get a sound file that doesn't annoy you or an empty sound file and save it as whoosh.wavpielak wrote:
I'm sorry. I meant that there is an annoying sound I want to skin to have no sound. I tried all of theseshutter.wavand I still can't stop the annoying whooshing sound.

I'm making a skin under ''Version: 2'' (''Version: 2.3'' to be more precise. I don't know if that'll make any difference ). If that's the case, then I'll work my way around it to get it to my liking! Thank you for the help!ReddScorn wrote:
depends on skin version. "Version: 1" still has them like that but other versions have them in middle showing individually.
Some of them have @2x after name aka they are in HD.-Mo- wrote:
I've been trying to fix this for a while with no solution.
The number 0 and 7 seem to be scaled smaller than the rest of the numbers which makes the score look odd. I've tried resizing the dimensions of the files, but it didn't seem to affect it. Oddly it's fine on a 1600x900 monitor, but happens when I use my 1366x768 monitor. Any help?
