Did you accidently save them as .jpg instead of .png or named them wrong?

#1: dim to 100%

#2: change the combo colors in your skin.ini all to black (0,0,0)

#3: replace your fruit-bananas.png fruit-grapes.png fruit-orange.png fruit-pear.png and fruit-apple.png with a blanket transparent image

#4: recolor the overlays of the fruits

#5: the fruit-drop.png will be invisible, 'cause black colored fruit-drop on a black background

If you can life with it, go for it.
none of that will solve it. That fruit light can't be disabled and bananas are always yellow on any skin.

There it is https://www.mediafire.com/?4r6alxaxvxb81l3 . I recorded it with mirillis action if it matters. Now that i listened to it again it isn't as loud as my previous one but it should be loud enough for me to hear it if it works.
It's too quiet:

Should normally be something like this:
I see , thank you.

you need to add a scorebar-colour.png to make them work or use scorebar-marker.png (the white ball)

If there's a white glowing ball on your scorebar, then there should be something in your skin folder called "scorebar-marker" or something like that, delete it and it should be gone.

Does anyone know how to enable thumbnails on a skin? I know there is already an option in the settings but some skins still don't have song thumbnails with that option enabled.

Does anyone know how to change this?

add version: 2.2 to your skin.ini under [general]
though 2.3 is the latest version, so i'd recommend using that instead

I was wondering if there is a way to change when the combo bursts images appear. To my knowledge the default times are at combo 30,60,100,150,200,250,300,350 etc. Is it possible to change when an image will appear to 30,60,90,120,150,180 for example? If not, is there a way to edit the base osu game files in order to change when they appear, and if so where would the file be located. Thanks.

Quick question, how do I recreate this? (how do I "remove" the second circle of a slider?)

Sorry if it was already explained, couldn't find the answer.

Taken from here, play 33hs old

After updating osu!, CtB's fruits' color is dependent on current combo color. Am I facing this problem, or otherwise?

OsuMe65
I bet the behavior is changed. Instead of assorted colors, CTB's Fruits are colored the same way as STD's

Blank hitcircle.png and hitcircleoverlay.png
use hitnumber sprites as hitcircles and set hitcircleoverlap to 256
You can check my skin for more indepth pixelperfect details. It's in my signature

Hi,

I made my own skin from pieces of several others and its playfield doesn't show when I press F2 (random song) but it does show up if I use another skin that wasn't made by myself. I tried to copy-paste those playfield that were showing up and put them in my skin folder but it still doesn't work.
It's not a really big deal, but I'm a bit annoyed by that...

Does anyone have a solution for me pl0x ?

Copy and paste cursormiddle.png and cursormiddle@2x.png to the skin you're using. It should work.

You probably have a custom menu-background image in your skin, try to remove it and see if that would work

For the combo popups, it says 768x500, is it height or width first?
It's HeightxWidth, but usually It should be Width xHeight.

I am not sure if someone has asked but I have a question about default numbers and score numbers. Is there a simple way to create them? Is there a recommended font size maybe or typical creation for these? I seem to always make the numbers too small and they are unevenly spaced due to the different width of the shapes of the numbers.
Broodich
is there any way i can remove the animation after hitting a circle?

You can use numbers from other skin as a reference (I usually do this if I want to make a skin-element, including the numbers). For spacing, You can add these lines in Your skin.ini :
[Fonts]
HitCirclePrefix: default
HitCircleOverlap: *number*

ScorePrefix: score
ScoreOverlap: *number*
*number* : the number You add for spacing, higher number = closer spacing

Does anyone know if it is possible to prevent stretching of the button-middle element on the mod screen?

XilE wrote:

It's not possible to prevent stretching for button-middle. In fact, both button-left and button-right are scalable but not stretchable. These two elements are resizable by width, as button-middle can be used as 1 px which is resizable by osu! defined sizes.

You can try to use a wider button-middle to avoid long stretches.
