Re-make the image, or you can use photozoom pro but isn't free at all so you must buy the software first :D

You should do the @2x first, so you can make it smaller later without loosing quality.

Does anyone know how to make it so the skip image isn't transparent? The image I am using isn't transparent but in game it is.

So..I am testing the version 2.3 of my skin
it seems 2.3 version do not support a full size of ranking panel? A bar left at top of my ranking panel
If not, anyone can help me to fix it :(

Ranking panels which covers entierly the beatmap background are only supported in Version 1 skins. If you're using a Version 2+ skin, making these ranking panels would not cover backgrounds entirely due to its shifted offset.

Just wondering, is there a way to change the background when your in the ranking panel menu? I think it was playfield.png but its not working. The image I'm using is 1366 x 768 resolution.

I am not sure which image you are talking about@@
but a playfield (playfield.png) is different from the ranking panel (ranking-panel.png)

A playfield appear like thse when a beatmap don't own a background photo

Occasionally my skin won't load the hit50, 100, 300 and miss for my skin is there something that I can do to fix this?

I have 2 questions

Can I relocate the current combo in the right side instead of having it on the lower left (default) ?

Can I remove this things in replay mode?


I'm trying to make a youtube video showing 2 people playing the same song in multiplayer (we can't record it cause it will hit our pc significantly) using 2 replays.
It would be awesome if I can remove those replay elements so the video will be much cleaner. Also if I can move the current combo to left or right, then I would be able to show the difference on the current combo from the 2 players.

simple questions with simple answers: No!

These buttons will always show up on replays and spectated plays.

The combo count also has its fixed postion in the bottom left corner. Best bet for this would be to request it as a feature and hope it gets implemented eventually.

I'll try to edit the combo position instead in my NLE, except for those replay elements :3
Then edit some elements in the skins instead to differentiate the 2 players

I've always wanted to ask. Where do skinners get there sounds from? For example, I want Kugimiya Rie saying baka as an osu combobreak sound. How do the skinners get this? Do they just rip it off the episode that you can hear it in or is there a database of sounds that are exclusive to skinners that I don't know about?

Does anyone know where to get larger versions of these letter rankings for the ranking screen?

These are actually available on this site and were easy to find using the various tools contained within "F12" on chrome, it turns out they were at these URLs:

they use the same format for the taiko hitsounds (eg. normal-hitnormal) but affixed with taiko- in the beginning (eg. taiko-normal-hitnormal) [if my memory serves me right though].

taiko-(sampleset)-hitfinish = for the big dons
taiko-(sampleset)-hitwhistle = for the big katsus

(sampleset) here refers to normal, soft, and drum samplesets.

you forgot the spinner-circle. it's used on Taiko spinners and old-style spinners (the set with background and metre, not the new-style ones).

copy your "cursormiddle" file and rename the copy one of cursormiddle to cursortrail

- And what name of these three element?

How do I change the selected song font and star.png color from black? I've tried fiddling with "SongSelectActiveText:" as the wiki suggested but nothing happened at all.

I really dislike this change that was made a little while ago, specially the part about changing the stars colors too.

You have to put it under the [Colours] section, not somewhere else.

volume-bar can't be skinned. volume-bg-effect is shown when you rotate the mouse wheel or change music with the arrow keys while holding the Alt-key.

Short example and explanation on the new default sliderball. They are called sliderb, sliderb-nd, and sliderb-spec.
Sadly they only work on the default sliderball. You can apply the sliderb-nd and sliderb-spec to the default ball but you can't apply them when you have a custom sliderball for now.

You should also change SongSelectInactiveText.

Does anyone know what is the animation sequence for pippidonclear#.png?

In Custom Taiko Characters says that is: 0-1-2-3-4-5-6-5-6-5-4-3-2-1-0
but that was 5 years ago, and i think that now is: 0-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-4-3-2-1-0 or 0-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-3-2-1-0

Can anyone confirm?
