I don't see any rule about the Hammer Rule applying to No Lynch votes as well.

jockeytiyan has taken semi-leave of absense.
No-Lynch is affected by the Hammer Rule, and Deadline Rule.

MY change of votes are Very Patterned.. just retally it in Excel, you'll see..
