Since your hitsound is consistent in all difficulty, I supose you are the one handling the hitsound.
I mods it from Ed's MX, so start fixing from the highest difficulty to understand those point, then keep it consistent in lower difficulty.

00:02:742 (2742|1) - Omg this is so loud, change it to a cymbal light.wav.

00:05:900 (5900|2) - ^, Seriously is just hithat, don't need a super loud cymbal that might ruin the song too, even if is only 20%, still pretty loud.

00:06:689 - I feel like a Snare fast would fit more then a Tom Hit or a drum clap like you did here 00:08:465 - .

00:21:886 (21886|0,22084|3) - Change these to LR_kick DS.wav, loud bass

00:23:465 (23465|2,23663|0) - , 00:25:044 (25044|2,25242|0) - , 00:26:623 (26623|1,26821|3) - , 00:29:781 (29781|1,29979|2) - , 00:31:360 (31360|1,31557|1) - ^

take this as an advice that could help you a lot with the map:

00:56:5821 to 01:20:505 , i really dont understand this LN part you can do better things with the LN's , you could put the LNs only in the highest-pitched parts of the vocal, such as 00:56:5821 and cut the LN at 00:57:215 , 00:58:400 and cut the ln at 00:58:794 , put a LN at 01:01 952 and cut it at 01:03:038 put ln at 01:05:537 and cut at 01:05:505, etc.. etc.. . Its just an advice, not something that you should do in order to get your map ranked, but just to make it a bit more interesting and fun

Don't expect anything long because I suck at modding easier stuff.

00:01:558 - ~ 00:07:084 - Considering that this section is pretty low in density overall, I feel that it would've been better if you rearranged the LNs to make them better follow PR. Since the pitch drops on the second LN, rises at the third, and reaches the highest at the fourth, my choice of LN arrangement would've been 3 -> 1 -> 2 -> 4.

00:09:847 (9847|2,9847|0,9847|3,9880|1) - I'm pretty sure that the snare here is just a single sound and thus it should not have a grace note. It is likely that you mistook the snare wire sounds for another snare hit. A normal triple should do here considering that you did so at 00:12:807 - ~ 00:13:794 - .

00:11:623 (11623|3,11623|0,11623|2,11656|1) - The same goes for these notes.

00:22:084 (22084|2) - The guitar breaks in the middle for a bit so maybe you can try splitting this LN into two? Preferably on the same column with 1/4 spacing like this considering PR and playability.

00:23:663 (23663|0) - Similar stuff for this LN, and pretty much most of the 1/1 LNs in this section.

00:33:136 - ~ 00:33:531 - , 00:34:518 - ~ 00:34:913 - , 00:35:505 - ~ 00:36:097 - ~ 00:36:294 - ~ 00:36:689 - , 00:37:676 - ~ 00:38:071 - , etc. - All of these sections, as well as many others later have the exact same guitar sounds (3 1/2 guitar sounds on same pitch), yet in some parts, they are ignored, while in some others they are represented as 3 1/2 LNs, or as a single 1/1 LN. It is advisable that you make the guitar pattern uniform throughout the section for consistency, perhaps by just placing a single SN wherever the guitars are, or perhaps by adding LNs like this, ultimately making patterns like this (screenshot reference 00:38:663 -.)

00:54:255 (54255|3,54255|1,54255|0,54288|2) - Similar snare to the one I mentioned at 00:09:847 -, for further reference, this snare sounds more or less the same as the ones at 00:54:847 - & 00:55:044 -

01:14:781 (74781|3,74979|3,75176|3,75373|3) - Considering that it spans over 01:14:189 (74189|1,74979|2) - two LNs, this anchor can be pretty painful for some players.
