Problem Details: Every time i try to log in without it says basically this http://i.imgur.com/R1jJ7nv.png

Im writing this trough an proxy atm

I already waited for over 12 hours nothing happened and it happened after my friend wanted to log in on my pc on his acc but he forgot password so he kept spamming all passwords he had... cant play online ither how am i supposed to farm pepe now D:

when proxy works directly, you can restart your router, so then you should have an other IP (the most routers change their IP with a restart).

I dont even have a router i rent an student apartment atm an di just have my internet in a wall hard to explain but its cable only

Try waiting a few hours/days and let it sit. If this still occurs, send an email to accounts@ppy.sh explaining the issue. Account issues like such should be handled there.
