I enjoyed playing the Inner Oni but iti just have 0,15* more than the Oni, maybe you have to change it (+ the Inner Oni or - the Oni) but idk...

This is map first map too c:

Hihi Cactus <3 Here is my mod

[General]
I would suggest changing your Muzukashii to a Futsuu, Oni to a Muzukashii and Inner Oni to an Oni because otherwise you're missing a Futsuu which is worse than missing an Inner Oni.
Why do you have Kiai mode in your Oni and Inner Oni but not in your Muzukashii and Kantan? I would pick one spot like from 00:46:800 to 00:53:466 to put your Kiai time

[Kantan]
I think having 1/1 patterns longer than 5 notes is not good for a Kantan as only beginners are trying to play and having a lot of 1/1 notes can prove to be quite challenging, so try having breaks at 00:08:883 + 00:11:383 + 00:14:716 +00:17:216 + 00:27:216 + 00:29:716 + 00:42:216 + 00:44:716 +00:53:883 + 00:56:383
00:15:966 (19) - Change this to a kat this is a high note within the background music and also the vocals. Also change 00:16:383 to a don as there is a low sound here
00:17:633 (22) - Change this to a kat
Instead of having finishers on 00:19:300 (26,27), try having a finisher on 00:20:133 as you can hear a strong cymbal sound
00:25:029 (36) - Move this to start on 00:25:133 and end on 00:26:383 so that you're not having sliders that start on a blue tick in a Kantan
00:27:633 (43,44,45,46,47) - Change this to d k d k d
I don't think having finishers on 00:30:550 (50,51) and 00:32:633 (53,54) really need to be there imo as yes there is a strong sound, but the pitch is the same on most of the notes before this. I would suggest having a finisher on 00:33:466 as there is a strong cymbal sound here
00:39:300 (67) - ^
Same goes for 00:40:966 (70,71) + 00:42:633 (74,75). Also change 00:40:133 (68,69) to dons as the background music goes down in pitch here
00:41:800 (72) - Change this to a kat
00:42:633 (74) - ^
00:43:884 (77) - Change this to a don
00:46:800 (82) - Add a finisher to this as there is a strong cymbal sound here
00:49:300 (86) - Change this slider to finish at 00:50:133 instead of 00:50:341 as there is a stronger sound on 00:50:133
00:54:299 (93,94,95,96,97) - Change this to d k d k d

[Muzukashii]
I think you have the same problem with your Kantan with the use of finishers, only use finishers when necessary like 00:20:133 as you can hear there is a strong cymbal sound here. Also if this were to be a Futsuu, this would definitely be way too hard as the difference between notes is around 100 notes, but your Muzukashii to Oni only has around 50 notes. I would suggest making simpler patterns that follow to the background music not the vocals just like your Kantan but also adding in 1/2 patterns where necessary.
00:09:716 (11) - Change this to a don to be consistent with your Kantan and Inner Oni
00:15:966 (31,32,33) - Change this to kkd to fit in with the background music
00:19:300 (41,42,43) - Remove these finishers
00:21:383 (48) - Change this to a kat
00:26:800 (69) - Add a finisher to this
00:30:550 (86,87,88,89) - Remove all these finishers
00:32:633 (93,94,95) - ^
00:39:300 (121,122) - ^
00:40:966 (128,129,130) - ^
00:42:633 (136,137,138) - ^
00:57:632 (195,196) - ^
00:33:466 (96) - Add a finisher to this
00:46:800 (151) - ^
00:48:050 (155) - Change this to a kat

[Oni]
00:09:716 (16) - Change this to a don to be consistent with your other diffs
00:15:966 (37,38,39) - Change this to k k d as this fits in better with the background music
00:22:320 (62) - Change this to a kat
00:23:987 (72) - ^ the pitch goes higher here
00:26:800 (89) - Add a finisher here
00:30:550 (106,107,108,109) - Remove these finishers
00:32:633 (115,116,117) - ^
00:40:966 (157,158,159) - ^
00:57:632 (26,27) - ^
00:39:300 (148,149) - ^ Also change 00:39:300 and 00:39:716 to a kat to fit in better with the music
00:47:321 (186) - Change this to a kat
00:53:466 (7) - Add a finisher here

[Inner Oni]
00:20:654 (35) - Change this to a kat as the pitch goes higher here
00:23:987 (58) - ^
00:25:341 (69) - ^
00:20:133 (32) - Add a finisher here
00:33:466 (127) - ^
00:46:800 (205) - ^
00:53:466 (250) - ^
00:39:300 (163,164) - Ctrl+G this fits the music much better
00:46:175 (203,204) - ^
Overall a really nice diff :3

Hope this helps~ Good Luck~!!

Hello from my modding queue.

Kantan
It's ok imo.

Futsuu
I think it's ok too.

Muzukashii
00:13:362 - Well, since you used some patterns contains 3 or 5 notes, i think you can add a k here.
00:15:133 (35,41) - k and k
00:20:133 - since Oni diff is full mapped i think you can delete some 4-note-patterns and make this part easier. Oh, this part is from <- this beginning to 00:26:800 - here.
00:39:925 (151) - k
00:42:633 (166,167,168) - why finishers here? i didn't hear any strong sounds. Maybe drop the finishers and change it to k k d.
00:46:800 - same as 00:20:133 from the beginning to end of kiai time.

Oni
00:07:945 (3,4) - ctrl + g
00:09:091 (11) - k
00:11:383 (24,25,26) - ctrl + g
00:13:258 (35) - k
00:13:362 - add k here because of the snare sound.
00:20:133 - from here to 00:26:383 - here: it was so much fun :3

00:26:591 - add k
00:26:695 - ^
00:29:091 (137,138) - ctrl + g
00:29:403 (140) - k
00:30:966 (152) - k
00:31:383 (154,155,156,157,158) - kkddk or kkddd
00:33:258 (169) - k
00:35:966 (186) - k
00:37:841 (196,197,198,199,200) - kdkkd
00:38:466 (201,202) - ctrl + g
00:38:883 (203,204,205) - anything but not ddd :) (because there are sounds which go higher)
00:40:029 - add k
00:49:717 (268,269,270) - ddk
00:53:258 - add k
00:54:507 (14) - k
00:59:925 - this one is not essential but maybe adding kk in 1/4 will be a great ending!

Hope this helps. Good luck~

Most of these mods affects taiko diffs ofc

[General (Taiko)]

HP must be lower in easier diffs, I suggest starting from HP:9 and then decreasing it
OD in Kantan must be lower than Futsuu lol, I suggest OD:4 in Kantan and 4.5 in Futsuu
Uncheck widescreen support and enable countdown, taiko diffs doesn't need that
Also, this video doesn't show up well in taiko diffs, I can resize it if you want to

[Metadata (This affects all diffs)]

Remove "MowtenDoo eight linear sides dank" tags, the first four are redundant since it's the song's name and the artist and the other one is just obvious lol
Add "daniwellP linear slope" tags, it's the original song's name and artist, also add Midnaait since I forgot to add it ín my diff rip
BG size should be 1366x768. Tell me if you want me to resize it for you
Add preview point in 00:20:029 -

[Kantan]

You really should add some 2/1 and 4/1 breaks to this diffs, since it's the easiest one, specially after the second half of the map, I'll mod this diff later because it needs a bit of remap imo

[Futsuu]

Bit of the same here, add some 2/1 breaks for recovery, this feels like a Muzu already rip

00:07:008 - Delete, it's the first part of the song lol
00:10:341 - Delete for consistency
00:13:258 - Delete for a 2/1 break here
00:19:508 (39,40) - ^
00:20:133 to 00:26:800 - You should make a consistent pattern that follows the song well, for example x x xxx x x x _ (see this http://puu.sh/sDZ6u/191a0f4c49.jpg and http://puu.sh/sDZbq/b900f6643a.jpg for the second part)
00:33:050 - Same here, try to follow ^^^^

Second half of the map should be consistent with the first half

[Muzu]

// 1/4 triplets should be monocolor or simple if possible (for example ddd, kkk, ddk, kkd)

00:07:945 - Change to don, and delete 00:08:258 for recovery
00:13:050 - Change to kat, there is a snare sound there lol
00:19:300 (47,48,49) - Remove finishes? There aren't any strong sounds here
00:20:133 to 00:26:800 - I'd remap this a bit, feels like an Oni, (Follow a bit this if you don't know how to remap it http://puu.sh/sDZJG/d676b7ae83.jpg)

It's alright here if you want the second half harder, but you shouldn't overuse 1/4 doubles and triples, try to make it easier, and adding some 1/1 breaks would be nice

[Oni]

OD:6 please, it's too high for an Oni lol

00:14:820 - // delete?
00:20:133 to 00:33:050 - I'd make this part a bit easier, delete some notes imo
00:54:508 - Double notes here, delete one
00:54:925 - ^
00:55:133 - ^
00:55:550 - ^

Ok good luck :^)

THIS STOP SIGN IS AN OCTAGON
Nifty
F R E E K D S

Anyways, I'm here from that nifty queue.

- Kantan -
I'm not sure what you're mapping to. Remember that all difficulties, even Kantans, have to be rhythmically aligned to a
certain part of the music, and not just "hah I can put random notes bc nobody cares bc it's easy enough nobody will care."
The patterns need to be extremely obvious and important beats should be more stressed than anybody in the world would think.
00:07:216 (2,4) - These can be deleted, since you aren't gonna continute the kick-snare pattern throughout the song.
You can make 00:07:633 (3) - a k after ^ because the voice and bass both hit a higher note than the previous d
00:09:716 (7) - d, I think you're trying to follow the voice here, and it goes to a lower pitch. Even if you are following the background bass thingy, it hits a low note as well, making a d sound better overall.
00:10:550 (9,11) - This can be deleted, space is important to rhythm, and here it can be used to emphasize 00:11:800 (10,11,12) -
00:13:466 (13) - k, since Jack hits a high note that deserves to be brought out by the k
00:15:550 (15) - This can be deleted as well, for the same reasoning as before
00:17:633 (18) - d, the kick in the music is not on 2 and 4 and this is on beat 3
00:18:050 (19) - delete to leave room as well as emphasize 00:18:466 (20,21,22) -
00:18:466 (20) - k, both the bass, keyboard and voice are higher than the next note
00:20:966 (23,24,25) - ctrl g (flips notes if u didn't know) so it lines up with melody better
00:23:466 (28) - k because again, melody dictates the pitches and now you're mapping to the weird voice shit in the bg
00:28:050 (33) - delete, 00:28:466 (33,34) - ctrl g (match pitch, more space blah blah blah you read it)
00:31:800 (39) - d, once again, snare is on 2 and 4 and this is beat 3
00:32:633 (40,41) - ctrl g, the voice here goes from low to high
I'm not gonna cherrypick every single note because that's a waste of both our time, but try to allow space where it's valuable,
like in some of those 5 1/1 sequences.
Also, with the finishers, beginners find d D and k K hard. Make sure there's some space between every one if you're to keep them.
oh and 00:49:300 (75,79) - can be deleted and replaced with notes :)

- Futsuu -
To be blunt, most of this diff is unrankable.
Read up on what exactly makes things like these 1/2 spaced hits wrong in OnosakiHito's post.
To point out specific no-nos...
00:12:216 (17,18,19,20) - This is confusing. Why? It's uneven and doesn't line up with the beat of the drum. If you added a k
00:13:050 - here, it would be ok, but having 5 notes in a row at that spacing on a Futsuu, as this bpm, is a no-no.
And that's another thing. Don't follow the voice so much in a simple difficulty.
I would say this is more a Muzukashii because of the star rating, but the patterns even for a muzukashii are awkward.
00:20:966 (44,45,46,47,48,49) - This pattern, along with the ones following it, are not ok. Way too many notes in a row for a Futsuu.
Stick to 3 note simple patterns. There's no 6 beat patterns in the music anyways.
Another thing is that, in these patterns, none of the hits line up with anything in the music, Be aware of every sound in the music so at least one thing can line up besides the snapping.
(sry if I sound like bully this is just confusing, read that article)

- Muzukashii -
Oh again, I'm not gonna point out every single mistake. Copy info from above and apply it here, but the 1/2 spacing is a little justified.
Still doesn't mean it necessarily makes sense and you should still leave space for emphasis.
Consistency is another thing I noticed in the diff. Keep your patterns in the kiai consistent, don't change it every time it repeats."It" being the rhythm, not the k'd and d's.
Overall, try being more conscious of where exactly you should be placing notes in line with the music, and keeping patterns and density consistent.

You'll get there my dude, take a gander at some videos and forum posts to help for now though.

00:26:800 (121) - change that into d because the k has no percussions.
00:27:841 (129) - change that into k because of the piano's pitch.
00:28:050 (130,131,132,133,134) - press ctrl+G.
00:28:362 (133) - change that into k.

00:33:466 (171) - change that into d.
Conclusion: I only finish the 1st loop, that's because this song has 2 loops.

Hi~
Your NM from my queue t/551902
Lol this songs made my day, thanks :D

Kantan

00:42:216 - maybe add k here? Without it seems a bit inconsistent.

Futsuu

00:23:258 (52) - maybe delete this one. I guess too much pressure for futsuu lvl players at this one.
00:25:550 (60) - same here ^.
00:32:841 (84,85) - probably not the best decision to do something like this here. Delete first and make the second regular k.
00:33:466 (1) - and this better with finish.
00:49:926 (16) - delete for a break.
00:51:383 (20,22) - ctrl+g? Swapping these will make this section sound more consistent.
00:52:217 (1) - delete this one for a break.
00:59:091 (23) - ^.
00:59:716 (26) - better be without finish.
Sorry for not modding other diffs, i just don't have much time now.
Hope it will help you~
ayyEve
just passing through, i dont really map proper taiko diffs so imma just put a few things here

Oni
00:08:046 (4) - not snapped (AI mod (CTRL+SHIFT+A))
00:19:508 (72,73) - ctrl+g : goes with the song better
00:42:841 (229) - k - add some variation
00:54:508 - 2 notes here, remove one (AI mod)
00:54:925 - ^
00:55:133 - ^
00:55:550 - ^
00:59:925 (20) - d: goes with the song

btw, when you accept a mod, try to go through thye reply in another color and explain why you did or did not accept a change
example
00:42:841 (229) - k bcuz lonely that doesnt fit with the music tho ;(
00:54:841 - D: theres a big drum hit here You're right!
this helps people know if something was changed or not and the reason for it so they know to maybe not touch it

gl! :)

Kantan - OD 3, HP 7
Futsuu - OD 4

Triples might be too hard for a kantan. You might wanna fix that.
00:14:300 (15,16,17) - Dkd

[Futsuu]
00:14:300 (15,16,17) - Dkd
00:23:050 (41) - d because of pitch
Then apply them all again after the repeat
[Muzu]
No problem
[Oni]
00:14:508 (41,42,43,44,45) - move this a beat backward, and add a d behind it
00:25:550 (110,111,112,113,114) - kdddk because of pitch
Then apply them all again after the repeat
[Inner Oni]
Inner Oni is not suitable for a song with a length like this. 1/6 snapping on a 4* is definetly out of the oridinary.
00:23:050 (155,156,157,158,159,160,161) - why 1/6 snap?
00:58:883 (430,431,432,433,434,435,436,437,438,439,440,441,442) - oh god sr inflation

pretty good dif i think

hi eve :3

to be quite honest, i feel all the 1/6 stuff is pretty overmapped. i think it would be better to only have them in the kiai and not in the middle of the song.
like this 00:09:925 - and 00:13:258 - just seem unnecessary
00:31:383 - and nerf this one too, seems really random D:
00:03:154 - delet
00:32:529 - delet this and make 00:32:633 (228,229,230) - finisher ?

modding salad and platter, dont give me kudosu because i already modded this set

Salad
00:06:800 - 00:16:383 - these notes are really jumpy, and not very "smooth", salad diff should have minimal jumps and be very smooth
00:16:591 - 00:19:091 - this break makes no sense lmao
00:19:300 (1,2,3,4) - again, very jumpy
00:20:133 (1) - why a spinner for this long? imo its very lazy and not very good
00:20:133 (1) - why a break? why not put a slider or some easy patterns here?
00:27:633 - 00:33:050 - jumpy
00:35:133 - why break again?
00:36:800 - 00:41:591 - jumpy
00:41:800 - why break again,
i think you get the idea lol
00:46:800 - why spinner (again, really seems lazy)
why not map to the end? lol

Platter
same issues as salad, super jumpy, not very smooth, lazy spinners, breaks that dont make sense
so i wont waste time picking them all out here

only reason i didnt mod rain is beacause it is beyond my skill level, but i suspect the same issues arise in it too

sorry if i came across rude, im not good with words ;-;
good luck!

Jaye
Cactus maps only the greatest of songs D:
Oh yes I love maps that are shorter than TV Size Kreygasm
Lower diffs I think the vocals stand out far more than the actual bg music so my suggestions might be because of that (oops)

Kantan:
This difficulty would be better suited as a Futsuu, and I'm fairly sure would be unrankable in its current state due to the severe lack of 4/1 breaks between objects (or maybe the low bpm justifies it, Idk).
Other than that, I have no issues with the notes and their placement.

Futsuu:
Again, I think some of the aspects in this map would be better for a Muzukashii. The doublets and triples should most likely be monocolour to reduce overall difficulty (this is a Futsuu after all).
00:12:216 (11,12,13) - suggest kdk
00:35:966 (5,6,7) - suggest kkd, or if that doesn't suit you, kdd works too (not as well though)
00:42:633 (19,20,21) - suggest kkd/kdd again, as it sounds better for both the vocals and the background tune
00:46:383 (29) - k for the WOOOOOOOOO!

Muzukashii:
Fine with note placement; I think overall just make some of your triple patterns as monos, and add a few 1/2 breaks for before the first kiai as the intro is just as dense as the rest of the map (which it shouldn't be?)
Otherwise, cool.

Oni:
00:14:300 (40,41,42,43,44,45,46) - (42,43) should be switched and (46) sounds a lot higher than the notes before it; suggest kdkdddk. (42,43) also has the same sounds as 00:17:841 (60,61) which you mapped kd, so I highly suggest the swap
00:15:341 (48) - d? also works well with the above suggestion as it reduces k spam
00:29:716 - could easily place a note of either colour here
00:40:966 (40,41,42,43,44,45,46) - same as 00:14:300, just do something please :S
00:56:383 - same as 00:29:716

Eve's Inner Oni:
Who's this "Eve" kid? B^)
Got lazy; looked over it quickly and I guess it's fine. Don't know why you have 1/8 doublets at the end of the last kiai (tbh just make them finishers like you did in the first kiai).

Well looks like I managed to do a quick mod on my flight home. Enjoy.

proper diff names will be followed by gon, except onis. cute ctb + taiko hybrid spread

[Kantagon]
00:21:383 (26) - k to suit the higher pitched flute or whatever the hell this is because i cant tell at this point LOl
00:33:050 (50) - d because vocals are pitching down, and since this is the lowest i dont see why not.
00:48:049 (26) - same thing as earlier counterpart
00:59:716 (50) - same thing as earlier counterpart
holy fuk they're the same combo Xd

[Futsugon]
sv multiplier is broken on this: https://idealsu.s-ul.eu/V53WEKrD
i agree with Jaye's point on how this map plays, it feels like it's a muzukashii rather than a futsuu. you should change the doubles to monocolor, as he said. for example:
00:20:341 (31,32) - dd
00:22:008 (37,38) - kk
etc.
00:25:133 (48,49,50) - this is a futsuu, having a kkd isnt recommended even for a muzu LOlz you could remove the triple and have a k d d pattern instead.
00:33:050 (72) - d for the same reason as kantan
00:51:799 (48,49,50) - same as previous triple
00:59:716 (72) - d bc same note broo0o0o000o

[Muzukagon]
slider multiplier broke again https://idealsu.s-ul.eu/4Blt2ih3
like jaye said, monos :d
00:26:175 (76) - k
00:52:841 (84) - k
yea thats all for this diff wew

[Octagoni]
:b:rok https://idealsu.s-ul.eu/4Blt2ih3
00:26:175 (116) - k
00:28:675 (131) - d because lower pitch
00:31:175 (149) - k bc you did it on 00:27:841 (125) -
00:52:841 (116) - k
00:55:341 (131) - d for the same reasoning
00:57:841 (149) - k for the same reasoning

[Eve's Inner Octagoni]
nice 1/8 doubles
yea this is fine but SLIDER MULTIPLIER BROKE AGAIN AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

sorry for memeing on the mod but the song itself is a meme so i cant stop myself LOl
fix the broken slider multipliers on notepad my dude, hope this helps (somehow bc 2 many memz)

o ya one more thing, why are the taiko diff names capitalized but not the ctb diffs >:(

[Futsugon]
sv multiplier is broken on this: https://idealsu.s-ul.eu/V53WEKrD wat
i agree with Jaye's point on how this map plays, it feels like it's a muzukashii rather than a futsuu. you should change the doubles to monocolor, as he said. for example:
00:20:341 (31,32) - dd
00:22:008 (37,38) - kk
etc. changed doubles to monos
00:25:133 (48,49,50) - this is a futsuu, having a kkd isnt recommended even for a muzu LOlz you could remove the triple and have a k d d pattern instead. changed to k d d
00:33:050 (72) - d for the same reason as kantan changed to d
00:51:799 (48,49,50) - same as previous triple ^
00:59:716 (72) - d bc same note broo0o0o000o ^

slider multiplier broke again https://idealsu.s-ul.eu/4Blt2ih3

00:26:175 (76) - k changed to k
00:52:841 (84) - k ^
yea thats all for this diff wew

[Octagoni]
:b:rok https://idealsu.s-ul.eu/4Blt2ih3 sad
00:26:175 (116) - k changed to k
00:28:675 (131) - d because lower pitch changed to d
00:31:175 (149) - k bc you did it on 00:27:841 (125) - changed to k
00:52:841 (116) - k ^
00:55:341 (131) - d for the same reasoning ^
00:57:841 (149) - k for the same reasoning ^

Muzukashii doesn't follow the -gon naming scheme? I'd recommend changing something lol
The other diffs are fine since they're just guest diffs.

The taiko play area will cover most of the video, so I think you should disable it. Using it for CtB should be fine.

[Kantagon]
Set OD to 3? It shouldn't be higher than Inner Oni lol
Set HP to 7? Most Kantan diffs use this HP.

00:08:466 (3,4,5) - Use dkd to mirror the pattern at 00:11:800 (8,9,10)?
00:32:633 (48) - d?
00:35:132 (3,4,5) - Same suggestion as 00:08:466.
00:59:299 (48) - d?

[Futsugon]
Set OD to 4.

00:18:570 (25) - Delete? You didn't use a double in the Muzu.
00:19:716 (29) - k?
00:26:175 (52) - k?
00:27:008 (55) - Delete? I think you should reduce note density after kiai ends.
00:32:633 (69) - d?
00:45:236 (25) - Same as 00:18:570.
00:52:841 (52) - k?
00:53:674 (55) - Same as 00:27:008.
00:59:299 (70) - d?

[Octagoni]
Delete one of the timing points at 00:20:133.
Set OD and HP to 5.5. It shouldn't be equal to Eve's Inner Oni.

Good luck with ranking this! :)
