Accuracy or comfort?

After 2 weeks or so of changing options every day, I've gone from 4x sensitivity palm grip + fullscreen1920x1080
to 1x 6/11 fingertip grip 1152x864
Helps a lot with accuracy at the cost of more eye + arm/wrist strain (& missed spinners .-.)
Should I change to a more comfortable setting or just get used to the current one?

never willing do something that you find uncomfortable or painful. It's only a game and not worth getting serious health issues over. Besides, you were probably just not used to the other settings. Give them another try and stick to them for a while, see if you still like it

Try to be used to lower dpi, as it helps improve accuracy.
But if you're keep using the one you're comfortable at, eventually you'll be better and your accuracy will improve.
