I can agree, as it turned out to be a hard/light insane diff, this part will probably make alot of lower-level players very frustrated. Fixed by putting it closer.

I tried fixing the map a little by changing the circles by a little by using the Distance Snap here and there, if there's anything left you that I may have missed, please do take another look! It would make me happy :D
Other than that, I kept the lenght of the spinner how it was however, because it just feels like it ends better at that place (because of the background sounds and stuff)

Oh, and for the ugly slider shape: I made it "more spiky" (???)
If it's still wrong I could just make it straight
