You're actually editing a signature that appear below your forum posts except in Feature Requests and Help forums. 
This is not a custom userpage. Having one requires having osu!supporter and finding that little "Edit" in the upper right corner of it.
Edit: only now the third image decided to load and I see the "Edit" in the "g" of "Hong". THIS is the place you need to go.
