So this guy is using the name "supreme"

But hasnt been active for 6 months now, when can i sign up for his name?

I dont like my dash before my name :(

if it's possible to get the name of the inactive person who hasnt done anything for over 6 months.
how do i get it?

You can take inactive users names, but...
sadly, that user has too many plays on his account and his name will be never be available.

Read this.

That'll give you the rundown on what the user must meet for you to be able to take their name.

If you read the osu!wiki, you would know: You can take an existing user's username if they haven't logged in for at least 6 months when they have no plays. For every 500 plays across all game modes you must wait an additional year to take the username. This means that a user with a play-count (combined over all modes) of 680, you’d have to wait 1.86 years – or 678 days – from their last login.
