I would mod more maps of my own accord if most maps weren't the same old same old. I've always considered myself a modder more than a mapper, I've always tried to broaden my horizons regarding mapping techniques and specialties rather than cultivating my own. This is why my maps generally suck; I just know things, I don't know how to do them that well myself.
