Where's Kiai time ? It's really awkward without it as 00:10:891 is the startup of the whole song or where the most exciting part of the song is. If you do put kiai time you should put it around 00:10:999 or at 00:24:804

00:03:173 (3,4) - spacing issues. there's more spacing here than 00:04:912 (3,4,5,6) where it would make sense to have that big of distance. And this is a quiet part of the song, so no real reason to have this big distance.
00:30:564 (1) - there's a down beat here. it would sound better if you made the slider till 00:30:347 and add a circle at 00:30:564
00:30:999 (3,4,1) - there's a strong indication here for a 1/1 slider. imo, you should start the 1/1 slider at 00:30:999 and end it at 00:31:434 , and add a slider at 00:31:651 and end it at 00:31:869

pkhg's and parade have the same OD & HP. I guess pkhg should reduce them a bit since it's a 2.4*

00:15:564 (4,5) - idk but this stack seems to be a bit random for me, maybe follow it with a slider reverse, similar of what u did 00:29:260 (3,4) - . It fits better imo.

00:40:021 - I think this should be mapped as well. Maybe do something like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/6520538 ? the space between 00:39:260 (2,3) - emphasize good the strong beat of 00:39:695 - imo.

current bg seems pretty low quality... are you sure you can't find a better one? ):

00:04:912 - could add nc here, since the rhythm changes from 1/3 to 1/4
00:24:478 (1) - it doesn't really need an nc

00:22:304 (2) - i find this a bit confusing, 00:22:956 - is much stronger than 00:22:304 - so it would probably work better as a clickable object... how about trying this?
00:24:478 (4) - check ds, you could also balance the spacing between 00:23:391 (3,1) - so you don't mislead beginners to click (1) instead of (4)
00:33:173 (3,2) - i think you could do something to avoid this type of stack, it isn't really a big problem but it definitely looks a bit out of place compared to the rest of the diff
00:40:564 (1) - could probably start this slider on the red tick instead, as it feels much more intuitive that way
