  2. I'm 35% confident you need an advanced diff because of how dense the song can be in 1/4+ rhythms and how the difference between normal and hard is pretty large.

[General]
It looks like there is a spread issue between Normal and Hard. Normal is simplified to mostly 1/1 with passive 1/2, only introducing clickable 1/2 into sliders, but the Hard difficulty introduces quite a bit of clickable 1/4. Given the BPM, it makes sense to introduce more clickable 1/2 circle rhythms in the Normal, which enables the use of clickable 1/4 in the Hard. I mention stuff about the SV below, which should help in keeping this difficulty under 2* while accommodating this.
Slider velocity within the spread also doesn't make too much sense - currently it's at 1.6, 1.7, 1.7, 2.2, 2.0. Though there is progression and it's safe to ignore PC's diff, the bottom starts off really fast, even for 144 bpm. I recommend decreasing SV to 1.6 on the Hard and maybe 1.3-1.4 on the Normal, but of course seek more opinions on this.
There are also some weird differences between difficulty settings on Normal and Hard - OD and HP are on the hard side for both of these difficulties.
[Normal]
Lower OD/HP to 4 to complement your AR choice (which I think is great).
Can't say I'm a fan of the current DS setting due to how little circles overlap, but if you change the SV this will fix itself. It's just minor aesthetics anyways.
00:00:168 (1) - This currently leaves a 3/8 gap. I think you meant to end this on 00:00:584.
00:06:001 (2) - This starts on quite a weak beat and skips over the stronger sound on 00:06:209. You're also not mapping 00:06:626, which is even stronger than the previous beats. A 1/2 slider + circle or 1/2 repeat on 00:06:209 would work well here.
00:06:834 (1,2) - Not a fan of how this slider end doesn't land on anything important due to the repeat. If you want to keep things simple, a better rhythm would be a 3/2 slider on 00:07:459 and remove 00:08:084 (2), or if you wanted more complexity here, you could just make it 1/1 and leave the circle.
00:08:501 (1) - Also ends on something unimportant while skipping a strong drum on 00:09:126. If you wanted to keep the rhythm less dense here, you could use 1/1 circles for 00:09:334 (1,2) or change them to a 1/2 repeat and skip 00:09:959.
00:09:334 (1) - This NC doesn't seem to be necessary.
00:10:168 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - 13 Object chain of objects with 1/2 gaps. I know this is 144 BPM but I think this is excessive for this difficulty, especially as the lowest difficulty of the spread. Since you seem to want to follow the main melody here, something that could reduce the density here would be skipping or otherwise deprioritizing the big white ticks here. This works since the melody starts a red tick later An example would be shortening 00:12:043 (1) and starting it a red tick later. Whatever you choose to do here, you should find a less dense alternative (I think less than 7 1/2 objects without a 1/1 gap works out).
00:15:168 (1,2,1) - For an intense part, your current rhythm doesn't really do it justice and just seems to be here for simplicity. Here's what I would suggest.
00:46:001 (1) - I know there's a held sound here, but since there's nothing prominent on 00:46:209 I'd just recommend changing this to a circle.
00:52:668 (3) - Looks like you meant to end this on 00:53:293 where there's actually a strong beat.
00:53:709 (1,1) - You need 2 beats of recovery time on a normal. The guideline was made for 180 bpm, but this isn't quite slow enough to allow 1 1/2 beat recovery time here.
01:03:501 (1) - I think a circle + 1/1 slider works better here for the cut off 01:03:501 and the held sound that starts on 01:03:918.
01:06:418 (4,1) - A 1/1 slider + circle on 01:07:043 for the drawn out held sound and a proper start to the melody would have a nice effect here.
01:06:834 - More of a general point but the base DS you had here with this SV increase just has the 1/2 overlaps look "silly" (as UC would say) since only the rims of each note overlap here. It's preferable that you decrease the DS in this section (or increase it to prevent something like this).
01:14:751 (4,1) - Overlap here is kind of questionable, due to not only overlapping with the head, but tail as well, but I don't think it's a big issue.
01:19:334 (3) - Similar to 01:03:501 (1).
01:20:584 (1) - Skips the strong red tick, better to shorten this to 1/2 since this doesn't end on anything important.
01:22:251 (2,1) - Yeah this section is weird, I get it. Here's what I would recommend.
01:30:792 (4) - If you ever had to have two clickable 1/2s in a row, this is where I would recommend them. If not, this is also acceptable.
01:51:832 (1,2) - I recommend changing 1 into a 4/3 repeat so that the repeat actually lands on the sounds it is mapped to. The player should be able to predict the 4/3 gap that this will create with 2. If not, the alternative is just making this a double repeat, but I don't think simplifying this down to 3/2 + 1/1 in a section that's mainly 1/3 is a good idea.
02:21:832 (1) - Slider end is unsnapped. You also may want to get some opinions on whether or not this shape is too confusing for newbies.
02:26:832 (1,2,3) - The brass instrument is really strong here but you have a really simple 1/1 rhythm for drums. It's possible to still have the drums mapped while reflecting the brass instrument, here is my recommendation.
02:29:332 (3,1,2) - Too hard of a pattern to read for players at this level due to how 3 basically leads into 2 and all of the overlapping going on here.
02:48:777 (2,3,4) - It is way too late in the map to throw in 1/3 in this fashion for a normal difficulty. It pains me to say this, but I think a 2/3 repeat will solve this issue (These are strong sounds, which is why it pains me). On the bright side, this will allow you to start a slider on 02:49:610 since with that repeat you can make 2/3 more intuitive. I'd just get a ton of opinions on this section.

[Hard]
Since you went with a lower AR approach on the Normal, I think it'd make sense to do that here as well. I recommend AR7, OD6, and HP5 here to provide proper spread among the difficulty settings here.
00:01:834 (1) - Screw the drum man, you're following the trumpet here. I suggest ending this a blue tick later.
00:02:876 (3,4,5,6) - 1/4 introduction here doesn't make too much sense given the intensity here, I recommend this.

00:43:293 - Since you're mapping drums here, this should at least be a slider end, though i'd recommend a circle here.

I noticed you did this for triples earlier, as well, but those aren't quite as straining, so those might be acceptable for this bpm.

However, I completely agree that this pattern doesn't quite fit so well. Should be way more playable now (might also change the following patterns later).

I really like the stream though, so I rotated the stream before it in order to increase this angle.
02:18:082 (3,4) - These sounds don't really feel like they're held to me, so I think circles would provide a better effect here. :arrow: While I do agree this part is confused about what it's mapped to, I think I'll leave it how it is. I really like the variation here.
02:19:749 (3,4,5,6) - On the other hand, here it makes more sense to have 1/4 sliders since you're following strings mainly in this section. As is it's acceptable but it would provide a better progression effect if you did this. :arrow: Same as already stated. I think this stream works wonders for variation.

  5. 00:14:751 (4,2) - maybe you might want to avoid this overlap? it seems like it would be mind melting for noob player yes

  4. 00:58:918 (3,4) - can you make the angle of this more extreme so that the overlap doesnt look so cluttered with the slider ends yes
  5. 01:09:334 (3,4,5,6,1) - this would be a lot less cluttered + fit your structure better if you made this a triangle and adjusted the following pattern accordingly yes
  6. 01:12:251 (2,3) - same complaint about making this more extreme to be less cluttered yes
  7. this continues to occur throughout the segment so i wont mention it: i understand why its the way it is rn i just think it looks super cluttered and might get a little confusing to newer player but up 2 you
  8. 01:16:834 (1,2) - this is a lot better as an example yes
  9. 01:31:833 - break here? yes
  10. 01:41:832 (1,3) - can you separate these like 01:45:166 (1,2,3) yes
