just a small thing, would it be possible to have your name highlighted if you have a spot in the top 40 ranks for each song. the reason is, i recently lost my local scores and when going back to replay songs and seeing what score i have to beat, it is often difficult to find my name in the online scoreboard in game.

That'd be cool too, but to save effort of scrolling through the top 40 list of each song I'd suggest this: http://gem.users.paivola.fi/osu/showonlinescore.png
in the mean time, the listing on the beatmap listing (web site) already has your name highlihted. might be a bit out of the way, but its just a search and a click away.
