Need help with putting banner on osu! profile

Hello! could somebody help me? ive been trying to put this banner on my osu profile.
This is what i have put and also the image i am using: http://i.imgur.com/mqJlj5x.png

and yet, nothing comes up on the profile!

thingy isn't functioning properly at the moment, so images don't show up. Should be fixed fairly soon.

You should successfully be able to add photos now.
