01:10:548 (2,5) - this overlap is rly bad lol Not much I can do about this, unless I manual stack in the direction normal to the slider's curve, which would look awkward. Otherwise, I'd just have to choose a different pattern. I'll see what else I can do here.

The Akitoshi's Easy is considered a Normal difficulty because it falls within the 1.5-2.25* range. You should probably increase the OD/HP to 3 and the AR to 4 to reflect the map being an easier normal difficulty. Maybe rename it to Normal and have NeoSL's Normal be called Normal+?
In the collab insane I find it very weird that the first combo was ended at 00:01:855 - right before a slider. Maybe have the slider be the last circle in the combo or end it before? You might want to consider brightening up combo color 3. On a different related note, combo color 3 might be a little too similar to combo color 1. You might want to change one of them. In the normal diff you may want to consider changing the combo color starting at 01:02:025 - . Combo colors with a lum value over 220 during kiai time are not recommended (the same happens in other diffs including but not limited to the easy diff).
In the easy diff you may want to make the sliders at 00:05:434 - 00:06:116 - and 00:06:798 - curved more jaggedly to represent the music. The same can be done with other diffs.
