1. How long have you been playing CTB on osu! for?: Just now

2. Why did you start playing CTB?: Very easy, but some of the maps are so freaking hard.

3. What playstyle do you use?: Default, but I changed my keys to W and E because It's my STD keys.

4. Who is your favourite CTB player?: ExGon, but he's good at everything.

5. Which CTB map do you like the most?: I only have like, 10? 20? I really don't know.

7. Do you use mods? If so, which ones?: No, but if I DO use them, probably Easy fo 1-2.0*

8. Do you prefer to play in multiplayer or solo?: Solo. Never any stress

9. What is your favorite CTB Diff?: Cup and Salad

I'm not a fanboy but Dusk did all the DTs and the HRs I wanted to FC, so I guess he is my favourite because we have the same tastes about maps.

It's an okay game. Getting maybe a bit old due to the mapping limitations... Burst everywhere... Kinda restricted to some patterns when you want to add some difficulty on a map.

How long have you been playing CTB on osu! for?
For about 3 years.

Why did you start playing CTB?
Was trying out other game modes after playing STD for a year and found CTB to be the most fun.

What playstyle do you use?
1 and 3 to move and Z to dash

Who is your favourite CTB player?
When I was still learning CTB, the player who I always looked up to was Rael Kertia (ExCres) as he had taught me how to play CTB and was skilled at DT at the time. Nowadays, I look up to Zak, Tenshichan, and b-a-d-s123 for their amazing SS records, which inspired me to get better at SSing and have more #1s. It is more satisfying to get an SS or #1 than get more pp.

Which CTB map do you like the most?
Maps that are not overmapped, but still fun to play.

Who is your favourite CTB mapper?
No one in particular, as long as I like the map that someone makes, then I'm satisfied.

Do you use mods? If so, which ones?
HD, but lately i've been trying out all the mods, and FL is second best! :D

Do you prefer to play in multiplayer or solo?
Solo, I always get nervous and get destroyed in multi haha.

What is your favorite CTB Diff?
Converts > CTB Specifics; 2-4 star converts to compete getting number #1 + unique patterns which can either be cancer or fun.

Do you like CTB?
Its meh. Some days I enjoy it, some days I don't.

Because its easier than osu!standard. haha

Default. Sometimes left=\ right=PageUp (I use a laptop keyboard setup)

Yes.
for Convert maps:
bellow AR6.9 = HRHDNCSD
AR7 to AR7.8 = HDNCSD
AR7.9 to AR8.8 = HDSD
AR8.9 to 9.3, <=3.2* = HDSD
AR8.9 and above, >3.2* = SD

for catch specific maps:
Cup: HRHDNCPF
Salad: HDNCSD
Platter: HDSD or nomod
Rain: SD or nomod
Overdose and above: uhhh... ;w;

1. Started messing around in the summer, actually got serious about 4 or 5 months ago

2. Converts made my fave songs playable, then I realized I could reasonably make top 10 eventually if I keep working on my skill (still working on it haha).

3. Tab to dash, END/PAGEDOWN for left/right (index & middle fingers)

4. Guillotine is my inspiration

5. Halozy - Paranoid Lost [Eternal Wandering] by Kyuare. Honorable mention to sasakure.uk - AVALONnayo,AVALONna...!!.mp4 [AVALON] by Furan_495

6. ExGon. Bonus points for mapping Grief & Malice.

7. Rarely. When I do use mods it's usually EZ, or HR for easier maps

8. I only play solo but I would LOVE to do multiplayer

9. About 4.5* for what I can actually play, but 10*s are really cool even if I can't pass them yet

This question really sucks XD because I like maaaaaaaaaany maps but saying in exclusive maps I'll say three: Halozy - Paranoid Lost by Kyuare, Hatsuki Yura - Yoiyami Hanabi by Spectator and Nekomata Master feat. Shimotsuki Haruka - Element of SPADA by Tenshichan. These maps I really love the song, plus the fact I really enjoy play them from beginning to the end!

Uhh, well I don't have a favourite mapper :c

Yes, I use mods and what I most like to use is HD, but I use other combinations like HDHR, HDDT, HDHRFL, HRDTFL and HDHRDTFL (w/ SD or not) in low star maps. EZ I use sometimes, PF I rarely use (because I don't have patience to use it >.<) and HT rarely².

I prefer solo, but sometimes it's fun to play multiplayer w/ some friends

I don't have favorite diff, I just play'em all XD (convert maps too!)

Uhh... Probably since November of 2017?

Wanted to prove that my challenge was possible on t/657528 (Challenge the Users Below You), and thought I was good at CtB from then on out.

3. What playstyle do you use?
I use W for left, E for right. Dashing is with my N key, where my right hand is splayed out on its half of the keyboard.

4. Who is your favourite CTB player?
Cxlucha, Motion or ExGon. They're all p good uwu

5. Which CTB map do you like the most?
Probably Der Wald [Devastating CTB Terror] or AiAe [Infernal]. Half Time though, since I'm shit at hyperwalking and reading AR10 without HD, and shit at reading <AR7.5 with HD because of HT.

Ascendance, JBHyperion or Spectator.

I used to be a nomodder, but now I run HD almost every time because of osu!mania.

I didn't have a mouse back then since i played with a laptop so i couldn't play standard and the other modes were too hard so i just went with ctb

i like exgon and predominador. i also have hyper respect for metak.

Aikotoba (specifically the platter)

sometimes i like ascendance and sometimes i want to throw them off a microwave

i love hidden and doubletime/nightcore

I started playing CtB when I started playing osu in May 2014.

2. Why did you start playing CTB?
After exploring all modes a bit, it felt like the easiest one to start with.

3. What playstyle do you use?
Left shift for dashing, num 1 and 3 for moving.

4. Who is your favourite CTB player?
RottenPotato, for being my friend and multiplayer partner. :)

5. Which CTB map do you like the most?
That's a hard question as I'm not particularly fond of CtB maps. The various difficulties of Renatus by Soleily (the pre-installed map) have been long time favourites, though.

6. Who is your favourite CTB mapper?
I'm not really focused on mappers and I usually play converts, so I don't have any favourites.

7. Do you use mods? If so, which ones?
Yes, I've always used them within my skill range. Nowadays the EZ mod has my preference over anything. Basically I play converts with EZ or EZNC and CtB maps with HT. For easier maps below ar 7, I might try HR and I use FL for some beginner maps when I want to relax.

8. Do you prefer to play in multiplayer or solo?
Playing multi with a friend is what I like the most!

9. What is your favorite CTB Diff?
I like playing converts better than CtB maps, to be honest.

10. Do you like CTB?
Yes! In the end, I always keep coming back after periods of inactivity. ;)

2. Why did you start playing CTB? I realized I started making steady progress in the mode and the fact I'm still able to top myself is just something I don't experience in other games.

3. What playstyle do you use? Default (Left-right arrows for movement, left shift for dashing)

4. Who is your favourite CTB player? b-a-d-s123 for his dedication, Motion for his remarkable speed, ExGon for inspiring countless players, Krzysiek for his companionship in unofficial tourneys among many others but I'll stop here because you can't have just one favorite player IMHO.

6. Who is your favourite CTB mapper? I'm not fond of any in particular.

7. Do you use mods? If so, which ones? HD, HDHR, rarely DT (Worst FL player in existence)

9. What is your favorite CTB Diff? Diff names don't mean the same they once used to so I don't know.

10. Do you like CTB? Yeah, despite having quitted a few times already I still find myself coming back to it every couple of years.

1 It's from around 2014 with many breaks around the time
2 Because i didn't see any improvement while playing standard and than move to ctb
3 Down key for left ,right for right and tab to dash
4 I must say i'm a big hyperw fan
5 Medium/Long lenght maps, also with unconfortable patterns
6 I don't have a favorite one, i like every mapper actually
7 Yes, i really enjoy Hidden with Hardrock or sometimes just Hidden with pretty high ar maps
8 I mainly play solo, but i always enjoy playing multi sometimes with people
9 The gap between the rain and the overdose
10 For now, still yes

Since 2012.

2. Why did you start playing CTB?
Because it was easy to get rank from it compared to the STD game mode which I was legitly unable to hit and move my cursor I was kinda jealous to other people so I basicly just give up myself saying it was impossible which I don't said it anymore at this days, then I slowly start to get addicted in CTB and I always wanted to get better from it and to learn more and more.. and fc some map and having some rival to play with comparing score and way more.

3. What playstyle do you use?
With my.. f.fee.. HANDS!
Right hands numpad4/5 left hands ctrlL

4. Who is your favourite CTB player?
Velperk (Good guy.)
Lavale (Played a ton of HR and being really friendly.)
[KOR]Apolron???(I don't remember his name at all dude but I really liked this person.)
Drafura | Rantanzyon - I was a lot of fun with them and they did learn me a lot sadly Drafura don't like the new hyperdash and probably busy with real life? I don't know.

5. Which CTB map do you like the most?
I mostly like converted map instead of CTB MAP because they basicly give some part which you need to memorise and then having a "FORCE" retry which you barelly can do a first try fc on them and I find them kinda nice to play with and learn specially with HR... but I don't really know the actual meta for be honest.

6. Who is your favourite CTB mapper?
Val0108 style I mean basicly all convert map.

7. Do you use mods? If so, which ones?
I was a one trick hidden player on the past, then I stop playing CTB for several year so I basicly lost my skill from it but I liked to switch between HIDDEN and NO MOD. maybe I should replay some hidden for fun?

8. Do you prefer to play in multiplayer or solo?
Multiplayer always multiplayer it's just fun.

9. What is your favorite CTB Diff?
Yikes I actually kinda read that questions too fast well : I don't know man.

Around a few weeks? I'm pretty new tbh

2. Why did you start playing CTB?
Tried it for fun, mainly because I always need an extension for my tablet to play osu!std and it got annoying XD

3. What playstyle do you use?
Left/Right arrows to move and shift to dash

I don't really have any since I'm new to the mode (Or I guess the fav of everyone is ExGod lol)

Rogueport Town, for nostalgia and music sake only, but map-tech wise I don't know enough to have a fav

Don't really have any

Mostly HR, since most I find a map too easy or too hard to complete, so I just use HR on the easier one
But geez I suck at mods otherwise, how on earth do people read HD btw??

Both, but I spend more time solo since I care about my acc way too much XDD

Salad, no choice, I can't even do Rain

HD on all diffs except for high pp plays, trying to get better at HDDT platters and HDHR salads

1. I have played CTB for a couple of months now.

2. I started playing it because it really made me feel calm
unlike the other modes on osu.

3. I just use the standerd playing style shift and left and right.

4.I think my favourite CTB player is either Exgon or Motion.

5. Probably pluto black hole.

6. JBHyperion, I think hes really good at it and captures the feel of a song.

7. I sometimes use HR because im trying to learn high ar stuff, for the rest I suppose HD and FL are really fun!

8. Solo, I feel that im not good enough for multi yet.

9. At the moment platter it plays a lot nicer then salad.

10. I love it and im quiet addicted to it. ;)

1. I started playing ctb a little bit after I started playing osu in general.

2. Standard was getting a little boring so I tried other modes.

3. I'm one handed, I use A & D and shift for dash.
