SVnow what were looking here is sightreadable SV, the most easiest way to make SV sightreadable is to make them the same length as when there is no SV in effect, which we call "1x average SV". Lets take an example on the first SV:
00:09:738 - 0.5x (4/8 beat long)
00:09:978 - 0,7x (1/8 beat long)
00:10:038 - 1,1x (1/8 beat long)
00:10:098 - 1,5x (1/8 beat long)
00:10:158 - 2,0x (1/8 beat long)
total length 8/8 beat = 1 beat
now lets take the sum of the length of each speed, knowing length = speed*time
0,5*4/8 + 0,7*1/8 + 1,1*1/8 + 1,5*1/8 + 2*1/8 = 0,9125, which is less than 1
this means your final LN length (after SV in effect) is reduced. This often makes player failed to interpret the length
I'll suggest something simple like:
00:09:738 - 0,5x (3/4 beat long)
00:10:098 - 2,5x (1/4 beat long)
this makes it 1x average. However if you dont like strong SV like these, you can reduce the value into 0,8x-1,6x with the same timestamp
