Quick mod for some things I noticed in Insane.

Insane

Insane

  1. 00:08:345 (6) – Could remove this cuz I don’t hear anything that’s worth mapping on this note, especially since there’s no vocals here.
  2. 00:17:178 (2,3,1) – About this part… I think it would be better to move 00:18:178 (3) – closer to 00:17:178 (2) – because as it is now the movement from 00:18:178 (3,1) – is really really small, but the slider velocity increases massively. If you moved 3 closer, it would cause more momentum from 3 to 1 and make the SV change at 1 less of a scare than it is atm. I kinda got jumpscared with how fast that part was compared to before.
  3. 00:39:012 (8,1,2) – Don’t wanna stack all of these together?
  4. 00:43:928 (4,5) – These notes are so low they’re out of the grid where you can place objects lol. I suggest moving 00:43:678 (3,4,5) – somewhere else so that it’s higher up on the playfield.
  5. 00:52:012 (2) – Move this two pixels down and one to the left. Fits the border better imo.
  6. 00:53:262 (6,7) – Spacing here is quite small considering 6 is a kickslider. I suggest moving 7 slightly further away.
  7. 00:58:011 (1) – Move this down so it’s like 00:56:678 (1,1) - ?
  8. 01:35:844 (4,5) – I feel like you’re missing the guitar here, but it’s up to you. Maybe it feels like that because the emphasis on 01:35:345 (1,2,3,4) – feels like it’s following guitar but you’re actually following drums. Could confuse players.

General
- Edit the mp3 file because there are 10 seconds of just nothing at the end of the map.

Normal:
- Maybe consider to higher the approach rate a little bit due to how the map is built. It'll make the map easier to read I think.
- 01:33:011 (2) - I think it looks better if you put this note (and the following ones) a bit higher so it matches the symmetry of the first note, something like this.

Hard
- 01:01:678 (4,5) - Personally i would replace these two notes with each other.
- 01:35:844 (3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3) - Propably flip all of these notes vertically so the red combo isn't at the edge of the screen.

Insane
- 00:14:011 (1,2,3) - I think these 3 slider are a little bit too round, so stretch them just a liiiiiiiittle bit.

Well Audacity is fairly easy to use but I edited it for you. However, I left the 5 secs of the beginning so you dont have to edit offset

It feels like it needs to change the offset though. Ill just try to cut the mp3 myself using that audacity thing some other time

00:33:345 (4) - this really feels odd being empty, There are plenty of options here that won't make playing too awkward. If you choose to add something there make sure to new combo since it will be on vocals.
00:58:011 (1) - ignoring the red tick after this seems like a mistake, as you map to the red tick shortly after. Either circle or sliderend there I think
01:03:512 (2) - Stacking 1/2 here might be hard to read, I think that every stack before this has been 1/4th
01:19:012 (7) - ^ Same here

Misaka's Extra:

00:15:345 (3) - new combo, switches from vocals to piano
00:31:012 (5,6) - these two don't seem to be quite stacked on the slider

00:28:178 (8,9) - Same thing here, there isn't even a sound on 9 that you're making a big jump to.
00:30:345 (4,6) - I don't really like how this overlap looks, you'd be better off with 6 either stacked with 4 or with the distance between 4 and 6 being the same as the distance between 6, 7, and 8.
00:33:344 (4) - This would be better if you just removed the repeat and kept the rest as is, the sound on the end of it is VERY quiet.
00:50:012 (1,2,3) - This just looks weird and is inconsistent with the other times you do this, I'd recommend just stacking 2 and 3 with the end of 1.

    00:14:512 (3,4) - This is awkward to play. 00:15:345 (4) - doesn't start in any sound. Maybe remove the reverse from 00:14:512 (3) - , move 00:15:345 (4) - to 00:15:178 - and end it on 00:15:678 -
    00:18:678 (1,2) - These short repeated sliders tricked me. It would be better if you end this 00:18:678 (1) - on 00:18:845 -
    00:23:178 (5) - Ctrl + G this slider for better flow
    00:31:178 (5) - Slider starting on less strong sound and ending on a stronger song, especially the down beat (Most important beat, big white tick). Consider changing it to circles instead
    00:31:678 (1,2) - This part isn't bad, but I'd delete 00:32:012 (2) - and extend the slider to where the circle was :p
    00:32:511 (1) - End it on 00:32:761 - . Sounds good to me

00:51:178 (1) - This doesn't compliment the song very well because I don't hear that 3rd beat. And it doesn't play very well either because the player has no circular motion to help them hit 2. I suggest removing the reverse and extending the slider.

00:21:345 (4,5) - I don't hear anything special to support this back-and-forth motion. Try moving 5 to where 2 is?
00:26:844 (5) - This note isn't very strong, so I don't suggest changing directions here. I suggest messing with this pattern a bit so it's clock-wise instead of counter.
