at the left panel in every posts where it shows the profile name of modders and such, there will be a Give Kudos button that you could click on in order to give them the kudos. remember to only give the modders kudos when the mod is considered helpful (not including timing checks and metadata confirmations) and when the modders aren't given kudos before in that particular mapset thread.
