How do you stop hitting triplets early?

In a few maps, for example, Inferno on Excrutiating Extra, I found myself losing combo on the triples stacked below sliders, how do I stop hitting them early and keep my combo and stop being a pleb?

As always, practice more. Force yourself to not hitting them early.

I get into the habit in hitting triples 4 times, and if I do them once, I can't learn from it, maybe I'm just dumb.

Use the first note as a reference point on when to start alternating. You probably start mashing right when it appears on the screen.
