General:

You need to have at least 1 diff below 3 stars to get your map ranked.
The Offset is different in both difficulties (Normal: 3300, Insane: 3299). Offset should always be the same.
Breaks should be the same in every diff (at least for this song in my opinion….)
I suggest you use the 1st Break of Insane, 2nd and 3rd of Normal.
Then you need to add a break at 00:48:100
Kiai-Time sections should be from 00:54:500 - 01:07:300 and 02:27:300 - 02:40:100.
Use Grid-Level 3 or 4, 1 is kinda…. big?
I would like to see you using distance-spacing 1.0 instead of 0.8 (I basically like 1.0 better than 0.8…)
I don't really know if you used Distance snap at all, doesn't feel like it when playing, so you should stick to the distance snap and make some bigger spacing for jumps, when they make sense.
You need to add a preview point to your mapset too....
BG-Size is 870x768. Change it to either 1024x768 or 800x600.
There's another osb.file in your folder...., I'm not sure if this is needed since the artist is 07th Expansion for your diffs and not zts.

I would suggest to use SV of 1.5, but 1.4 is also ok (Everybody has a diffrent feel about it~)

00:15:300(1) – So, adjust this slider via 1/6 Beat snap, remove 00:15:900 (2,1) and let this slider repeat till 00:15:966 (1). Should look something like this then.
00:16:100 (1) – This is where the fun begins. I played through the song and I liked what you did here up too 00:28:100, to some extent. What you do is, increasing the number of notes after a certain amount of time. What I’d like to see changed at this part now is:
1. Remove all notes past 00:16:100 (1) (or even with it, doesn’t matter) up to 00:28:500.
2. Place 16 notes, starting from 00:16:100 at ¼ beat snap on the white ticks.
3. Place the next 16 notes, starting from 00:22:500 on white and red ticks
4. Place the next 16 notes, starting from 00:25:700 on white, red and blue ticks.
5. Add a spinner at 00:27:300 and end it at 00:28:500

00:28:900 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) – Maybe, you could change things here, similar to what I have done. What you did at 00:30:299, plays a bit weird in my opinion, as you start a stream with the ending of a slider, I’d rather like to see you, start the stream like a normal one and let it end with a slider (see my example :3 )
If there are any other parts similar to this one, maybe change them also like I suggested here? :3

00:31:300 (1) - Remove this slider, add notes at :300, :400, :500 and :600 so that there's basically another stream.
00:33:100 (7) - Change this slider, either make it one repeat shorter, or two, or remove it and add some notes itstead of it. After that, add a stream at 00:33:700 (1,2,3,4,5) (you have to remove another slider for that...)
00:34:700 (7) - Change slider like this
00:38:500 (1) - Add notes on every red tick past this point until 00:39:900.
00:40:100 (1) - Should look something like this? ><
00:41:700 (1) - Copy the part from 00:28:900 - 00:39:700 (with suggested changes) and paste it to this point. Just change the patterns and other things maybe, and you won't have to add a break like suggested in "General". You would have to add a Spinner at 00:52:900 which ends at 00:54:100.
You could also just remove every note from this point on up tp 00:48:100, add notes on red and white ticks until 00:44:900, and then just on white ticks up to 00:48:100, add break like suggested, done.
It's up to you what you maybe choose here then.
00:56:900 (7,8,9) - Add note on blue ticks here.
01:00:900 (1) - Remove everything up to 01:07:300, copy the part from 00:54:500 - 01:00:500, paste it in here and modify it...?
Add a note on 01:07:300 after that, since the slider which end at that point won't be there anymore~
01:07:699 (1,2,3,4) - Change part with beats like this, what you do with them (slider or stuff~) is up to you~
01:12:899 (6,7) - Change this part to sth like this~
01:32:900 (1) - Remove everything up to 01:45:700. Beats like 01:32:900 (1) are fine, change the part after, starting at 01:34:500 like this. Copy this part too 01:37:700, 01:40:900 and 01:44:100.
01:45:700 (1) - Part after this note should look like this~..... You can copy this part to 01:48:900 then and remove the note at 01:51:500....

I'm just going to say, there are several other changes like this which I had in mind~
I'm not going to mod normal for now, sorry for the inconvenience.
I'm going to attach a file with the changes in Beat-Placement I made (You also see there, where I would add the Preview Point, the Kiai-Sections, how I would add hitsounds..... you don't see how I would use combos though~).
I already mentioned most of the changes I would like to see and you will see the other changes I would like to see as well in that file.
Note, that I just placed the beats in that file and if you were to use some of these, you can make sliders and stuff as you like, just at those "points" then.

[General]
- Сложность Hard слишком сложная как для харда. Нубы не смогут это пройти. Рекомендую тебе переименовать Hard в Insane и перемаппить Hard с нуля.
- Настоятельно рекомендую тебе использовать Grid Level 4 и сделать реснап всех нот, ибо у тебя очень много не отснапленных нот.

Моддить дифы не буду. Влом:)

Привет, вот и мод, как обещал.

[Общее]:
100% громкости и кастомный клэп заглушают трек и несколько бьют по ушам, стоило бы сделать эти секции потише.
Ни на одной дифе не выставлена превью-точка, ставится вот так.

[Normal]:
00:06:501 (7) - немного вниз его, чуть ниже уровня (4,5)
00:26:901 (8) - добавь всего одну точку, и слайдер станет симпатичнее
Дальше... по сути, надо включать Distance Snap и под его руководством везде править
спейсинг, т.к. AIMod матерится почти на каждый объект, оттого и завышенное количество звезд.
00:30:100 (3) - подровнять как (1)
00:48:500 - брейк тут совсем не к месту, забить бы его чем
00:56:100 (1,2) - сложно читаются, непонятно как бить, надо появнее расположить
01:03:700 (5) - чуть подальше его от конца предыдущего
01:05:300 (3) - ^
01:32:100 - начало фрагмента (зеленую полоску на шкале) перенести с 01:32:900 сюда
02:05:700 (2) - дальше от предыдущего
02:06:100 (3) - ^
02:35:700 (4,5,1,2,3) - ^

02:53:200 (1) - ^, кроме того, зачем здесь хитфиниш, если ты его глушишь, его же все равно не слышно?

00:32:699 (3) - ровно наоборот, только на стрелке и оставить

00:48:499 - та же самая проблема с брейком, как и в нормале
01:32:899 (1) - хитфиниш на начало слайдера
