idk if anyone made a thread yet but I'm rly obssessed with the game

Mystic Messenger is a female oriented otome mobile game that allows you to interact with characters as if they are your actual friends. Depending on your interactions, you will get different types of endings and you will have particular "routes" in which you develop relationships with the characters.
pls move if not relevant.

on day 4 there is a game-defining point which will automatically determine which "route" you go to depending on what is presumably your highest number of hearts with the characters

if this is your first play through, please be aware that you CANNOT romance 707 or jumin on your first playthrough.

don't be like me. i fucked my first game 1 hour ago. i just suffered a nervous breakdown and full-fledged panic attack for the past 1 hour since midnight because i am going to have to route with a character i do not want and there is no way to change it except for restarting the game. i am therefore forced to make myself like this character (they are, created to be likable, so well just a bit of effort) in order to maintain suspension of disbelief.


ALSO note that hearts spent cannot be refunded, even if you load an old saved game. that means if you spend 5 hour glasses to engage in a previous chat, then realise it didn't help your branching thing at all, reload a saved file, you WILL NOT get the 5 hourglass back.

I'm buying deep story after I'm done with Zen. I'm on day 6.

the way you're supposed to play it is:
zen, yoosung, jaehee, jumin and then 707

i mean you don't have to follow this path but it's highly recommended since that's the most natural way the story unfolds.

i strongly suggest you don't play 707's route after you've finished only one or two routes, since his route is the most significant story-wise.
it's like reading a book, and then flipping through the pages until you find the last few; you're basically ruining the experience for yourself.

but if you don't care about the story at all - play in whatever order you want lol

i'm trying to get yoosung's route now, finished zen's and holy was it good mm ♡

also I was doubtful of the game but it's worth a try TBH

wow I really fakked my game

The automated bot flagged my actions as suspicious yesterday and banned my accout now I have no choice but to RESTART THE GAME
even though I proceeded normally after 1 hour of late night spazzing


im absolutely neurotic and going nuts

Replay 4 real life days? Really?! this needs a fast forward button

I love all the characters so much, that I usually end up with the common bad route ending because I can't decide on who to go with :,)

after 4 days of replaying the game I finally got myself into the jaehee route day 4 yay!!' Now I can enjoy this game normally again!!!!!!
And have 110 free hourglass!!

And now on Luciel's route on day 6

Idk if im going to spend money on HG because it's likely i will be unavailable to play on Sunday *sobs*

cough And still hoping that there is someone out there who has large sum of money and kind enough to send me VIP package coughs

passed bad ending 1 make my happy about this

I am starting to fall in love with 707 after knowing him better on a normal casual route

This means that I will play his route after I complete my first play through

The question is,, do I start with 707 or jumin??
