[Archived] Having Terrible Input Lag After W10 Anniversary Update

Problem Details: Ever since Windows auto updated a few days ago, my osu! has been getting upwards of 40ms input lag, and still around 20ms when I downscale resolution.

Disabling Xbox DVR should help.

Assuming that was a joke, but I have fixed on my own anyways.

OMG please I really need help with that! My tablet input latency is now around 2-3ms, even if I have letterboxing, fullscreen mode, custom frame rate (around 1000), raw input, the right wacom driver (The one with no input latency) and fixmypen enabled. Please gimme a hint, I haven't played for the last week because of that
