also @pishi some of the stuff in the highest diff like 01:07:528 (7,1) - plays kinda bad imo, but take that as you will :) also leaving breaks like 01:09:662 - in a fast paced kiai where you could have an extended slider or something is kinda weird I think

i break flow on every other downbeat cuz it makes important sounds stand out

moast of this is nitpicky

fiery:

00:23:662 (4,1) - ugly overlap :(
00:28:062 (1) - maybe space this a bit farther away, could mess up the momentum of the player
02:04:986 (1) - the spinners ijust don't seem appropriate for this section of music. i'd say just make the whole section a break like what pishi did in extreme
02:22:633 (2) - point slider toward circle. the circle isn't that strong of a beat (or i'm deaf)
02:26:555 (1) - maybe make slider straight?
02:29:565 (1,2,1) - i'd say cut this whole part out. you didn't do this in any of the other little breaks of the kiai and it's really unexpected
02:46:899 (1,2) - move these two closer

pishi insane:

00:30:728 (4) - maybe blanket with 00:30:195 (1) - ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿
00:40:862 (1) - rlly ugly slider :(((((((( same with 00:45:128 (1) -
01:20:462 (1,1,2,3,1,1,1,2,3,1) - not really a huge fan of the vocals being mapped here since it feels unreadable
03:04:499 (1) - maybe map the drums at the end of the spinner

mill on extra:

00:34:862 (2) - blanket????
00:47:928 (4,5,6) - maybe put these closer together?????
00:56:728 (1) - ew slider :(
01:20:462 (1,2,3,4,1,1,2,1,2,3,1) - same deal as pishi
02:34:899 (2) - put slidertail on top of 02:34:632 (1) - 's slidertail
03:05:432 (1) - put in mid?

extreme:

02:28:123 (1) - maybe put a note at he strong sound instead of the slidertail i d k

cabn you map something bad so i can mod it hoyllllllllllllllllll

Hi, M4M with Raiden. My map for mod: https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1045327 Thank you very much (the genre of my map looks like this one).

[General]

> I think the offsets for drum-wise matching are not ideal, as well as the first BPM is not exactly correct.

  • # offset=312 at the very beginning is set too early. Listen to the guitar plug with note in Taiko, meanwhile the guitar plugs (except those intentionally delayed guitar plugs)do not hit on every beat divisor clearly which indicates a wrong BPM set. I suggest a BPM=181 at offset=321 (although there're still some unstable (but not noticeable in gameplay)guitar plugs, I try to put them in a correct scale).
Currently I just use the previous timing to mod.
> Genre: 'punk 'rock' can be added into tag column. Additionally, you may want to include more tags about the producers etc. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Savior_(Rise_Against_song)

! Well done in the SV changes during BPM=153-225.

[Raiden's Muzukashii]

* Not really recommended to follow the vocal at the intro part since it is shifting all the time and it is easily to be messed up with the guitar chords while sharing k for instrumental and vocal channels. The guitar chords are quite outstanding which should be the dominant channel imo. (Just feeling the current flow of intro is quite strange since 00:00:312 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - and 00:05:618 (16,18,20,21,22,23,25) - , these guitar chords are well noticed by appropriate notes but at the same time you do this: 00:08:105 - end with guitar chord; 00:09:597 - leave this chord blank and end up a phrase with a vocal note at 00:09:763 - . The channel is quite unstable.) Similar case continues after 00:10:924 (1) - .
> 00:10:592 - Having k here sounds more interesting by matching the guitar chord there and accompanying the next start at 00:10:924 (1) - .
> 00:20:541 - this spinner with little k accompanied is strange, it can match the vocal and guitar long note though. As I said in *, the presence of guitar chords mask vocal part. In this case, leaving 00:19:878 - and starting the spinner at 00:20:209 - where the guitar long note plays is are already fine tbh (removal of 00:20:043 - as well). The current one is quite overly done to emphasize the presence of vocal.
> 00:27:128 (11) - Finish should be put for this cymbal crashed note while it falls on a new start of 4-bars cycle.( Comparing 00:22:862 (1) - and 00:27:128 (11) - )
> 00:30:195 (25) - either D (preferral)/k should fit this strong cymbal crash well.
> 00:35:262 - d should be added here to form an identical pattern with 00:32:995 (8,9,10) - . OR you may want some variations, that case would likely be the first phase mapping with d k, second phrase with ddk.
> 00:35:662 (1) - similar case at 00:27:128 (11) - (comparing to 00:31:395 (1) - for this case)
> 00:38:728 - It would be an optional d/D. I think D could indicate a clear division of sessions while d can perform a better flow. Just wanna point it out since I mentioned a similar point at 00:30:195 - before.
> 00:40:595 - shifting it 1/2 backwards to the on-beat sounds better actually when 00:40:462 - is a bit louder than 00:40:595 - .
> 00:40:995 - considering a better consistency with an identical ending, this note should be deleted to make the whole stuff look like 00:43:262 (14,15) - / 00:45:395 (6,7) - ....
> 01:03:128 (8) - having a normal note would be a better choice to emphasize the upcoming D at01:03:395 - , while there's not really a necessary to put Finish right here though.
> 01:07:795 (12) - / 01:09:928 (5) - these notes are intentionally shifted against the on-beat right? umh, kinda feeling like they are just off-track for me (base on the principle instrumental layer>>> vocal layer), though you actually mapping these d on vocal parts. 01:07:662 - and 01:09:795 - these guitar chords are neglected.
For the first case (01:07:795 - ), you may just leave it blank which is already good to go considering variation, spacing and pattern. Actually 'sa----ve you' is across 01:07:395 (11,12) - , and having a d inserted on that on-beat guitar chord sounds a bit odd, thereby having it blank.
For the second case (01:09:928 - ), firstly you may want to d to for a triplet at 01:09:395 - imitating 01:06:062 (4,5,6) - . Then, shift 01:09:928 - 1/2 backwards to match the guitar chord well. The vocal preparation inhalation voice is not that noticable at 01:09:928 - .
> 01:16:328 - / 01:18:462 - well, same thing as above. Just leave them right here for your variated changes base on the above suggestion.
> 01:22:329 (3) - changing it to k for a better comparison btw the upcoming D ? sth like 01:03:128 (8) -
> 01:28:195 (7) - it should be a d in order to keep your mapping channel stright (following k= drum kicks). It should be identical with 01:30:328 - .
> 01:37:080 (3,4) - and 01:37:613 (5,6,7) - these two parts should be swop to follow the consistency well. Comparing the former group of notes (dk) with 01:39:881 (14,15) - / 01:42:014 (6,7) - , they share the same pattern but the beat having it put at 01:37:213 - are different from the others. Besides, 01:37:080 - / 01:37:213 - / 01:37:347 - form a concrete vocal part which can be mapped with the latter group (ddk) perfectly.
> 01:42:413 - d could be put to identicate the vocal mapping channel right here more obviously. (the bg cymbal crashes make me confused somehow) Maybe even putting one more d at 01:42:547 - to prevent boring pattern formed.
> 01:43:747 (2) - it falls on the strong cymbal crash. Why not a Finish put?
> 02:26:359 - / 02:26:457 - d could be put at either one timing to state the vocal part, variated from the pattern before at 02:20:084 (3,4) - .
> 02:32:499 - / 02:34:632 - / 02:41:032 - / 02:43:165 - you know what I mean....
> 02:54:765 (29) - Finish is needed to emphasize the cymbal crash and vocal part as well.
> 03:02:365 (12) - ^ same thing

[Raiden's Oni]

< Refer to the intro part in Muzukashii.
> 00:30:462 (35,36,37) - this triplet should be ddk as the last k is the only drum kick present in this triplet. Same case at 00:30:995 (40,41,42) - .
> 00:38:395 - optionally, putting a k here can enrich the pattern. I used to prefer adding d at 00:38:528 - but I think you would'd like having nnn N patter.
> 00:38:995 (8,9,10) - same with 00:30:462 (35,36,37) -
> 00:42:462 (15) - delete it due to the same part at 00:46:728 - . These timing should be spaces
> 01:03:128 (10) - same in Muzukashii
> 01:22:329 (3) - ^
> 01:28:195 (7) - ^
> 01:36:414 - The repetitive patterns from here are boring without variations for 3 turns...

  • + 01:39:813 - adding a d here to form a triplet
    + 01:41:947 - ^
~ 01:43:547 - maybe ^ since I am not sure what you are going to change about 01:43:747 - : if it is a Finish note, then do not leave triplet before it, vice versa.
> 01:44:947 (1) - It is preferred to isolate it with a Finish start, while shifting 01:44:880 - 1/2 backward to fit the flow well according to your previous mapping style. In terms of variation, this is not a beautiful one.
> 01:44:947 - Make some simple monochrome triplets to slightly increase the note density and less boring, similar rationale at 01:36:414 - .
> 02:26:457 - refer to Muzukashii, this time ought to be 1/4 accurately due to Oni difficulty.
> 02:36:632 (20) - It is identical to 02:35:565 (13) - . 02:36:765 (21) - needs not a special contradictory note for emphasis imo since it is not special strong.
> 02:40:766 (16,17,18,19) - kd dk sounds strange due to uneven breaking point at 02:40:899 - . Look at 02:38:899 (1) - , you break the combo at the start of vocal, which should also be applied at 02:40:765 - . Therefore, it is suggested having 02:40:899 - moved 1/2 forward to fall on the on-beat.
> 02:44:099 - the off beat session for variation should only be 'kd dk'. It is expected to have a note on this on-beat 02:44:232 - . You may argue that there's a guitar chord at 02:44:099 - , but speaking of the structure flow, a consecutive use of off-beat pattern may lead the player to an off-beat playing style (while in fact it is not the case).
* 02:42:099 (1) - I am wondering why you leave this session so loose comparing the previous patterns. There are a lot of triplet possibilities onwards!
> 02:47:165 (5,6,1) - how about kdk instead of kkd? You start using k D pattern onwards, and I think kdk D would be a great hint for players to prepare for the upcoming k D patterns. Also, you used kkddk at 02:38:365 (30,31,32,33,34) - already, consider give some surprises and implies to players?
> 02:54:766 (39) - same suggestion in Muzukashii

[]

Pretty well done already, perhaps you lack some self-modding b4 you ask pishi to add them in lol.

Comparing the former group of notes (dk) with 01:39:881 (14,15) - / 01:42:014 (6,7) - , they share the same pattern but the beat having it put at 01:37:213 - are different from the others. Besides, 01:37:080 - / 01:37:213 - / 01:37:347 - form a concrete vocal part which can be mapped with the latter group (ddk) perfectly. ooo
> 01:42:413 - d could be put to identicate the vocal mapping channel right here more obviously. (the bg cymbal crashes make me confused somehow) Maybe even putting one more d at 01:42:547 - to prevent boring pattern formed. wanted to have a nice 3/2 break but screw players
> 01:43:747 (2) - it falls on the strong cymbal crash. Why not a Finish put?
> 02:26:359 - / 02:26:457 - d could be put at either one timing to state the vocal part, variated from the pattern before at 02:20:084 (3,4) - . however that one lands more or less at 1/4, and I think it is not fitting for the slow pace
> 02:32:499 - / 02:34:632 - / 02:41:032 - / 02:43:165 - you know what I mean....
> 02:54:765 (29) - Finish is needed to emphasize the cymbal crash and vocal part as well.ye
> 03:02:365 (12) - ^ same thing

[Raiden's Oni]

< Refer to the intro part in Muzukashii.
> 00:30:462 (35,36,37) - this triplet should be ddk as the last k is the only drum kick present in this triplet. Same case at 00:30:995 (40,41,42) - . for variability purposes, I sticked with the kkk.
> 00:38:395 - optionally, putting a k here can enrich the pattern. I used to prefer adding d at 00:38:528 - but I think you would'd like having nnn N patter. done
> 00:38:995 (8,9,10) - same with 00:30:462 (35,36,37) - same reply
> 00:42:462 (15) - delete it due to the same part at 00:46:728 - . These timing should be spaces
> 01:03:128 (10) - same in Muzukashii
> 01:22:329 (3) - ^
> 01:28:195 (7) - ^
> 01:36:414 - The repetitive patterns from here are boring without variations for 3 turns...

  • + 01:39:813 - adding a d here to form a triplet
    + 01:41:947 - ^
~ 01:43:547 - maybe ^ since I am not sure what you are going to change about 01:43:747 - : if it is a Finish note, then do not leave triplet before it, vice versa.
did something else on my own, but totally agreed that it was boring
> 01:44:947 (1) - It is preferred to isolate it with a Finish start, while shifting 01:44:880 - 1/2 backward to fit the flow well according to your previous mapping style. In terms of variation, this is not a beautiful one. yea
> 01:44:947 - Make some simple monochrome triplets to slightly increase the note density and less boring, similar rationale at 01:36:414 - .did something
> 02:26:457 - refer to Muzukashii, this time ought to be 1/4 accurately due to Oni difficulty. still not thinking it fits the slow pacing
Therefore, it is suggested having 02:40:899 - moved 1/2 forward to fall on the on-beat. yea
> 02:44:099 - the off beat session for variation should only be 'kd dk'. It is expected to have a note on this on-beat 02:44:232 - . You may argue that there's a guitar chord at 02:44:099 - , but speaking of the structure flow, a consecutive use of off-beat pattern may lead the player to an off-beat playing style (while in fact it is not the case). it is not the case indeed because it is not an offbeat style. It's called syncopathed rhythm which Rise Against (and similar groups) use a lot, and so I based the structure about that, leaving the downbeat on the red tick before the measure starts. However I did some modifications
* 02:42:099 (1) - I am wondering why you leave this session so loose comparing the previous patterns. There are a lot of triplet possibilities onwards! there aren't many possibilities without making it sound extremely off and overmapped
I don't dislike the suggestion, but I prefer leaving the map to the simplest patterns
> 02:54:766 (39) - same suggestion in Muzukashii

Pretty well done already, perhaps you lack some self-modding b4 you ask pishi to add them in lol. how did you know :thinking2: remove the camera from my basement
Left the general stuff for pishi

Hey.
Pishi's Youtube tutorials really motivated me to take a look into mapping. I will try to show you my perspective as a player.

Fiery's Insane:
01:13:128 (2,1,2) - This plays a little bit wierd in my opinion but it sounds right.
02:17:535 (1) - I would cut this slider.
02:29:299 (1,1,2,1) - Dashyy- mentioned to cut this part out. I tried this map with and without this part and honstly I don't know why but I tapped there anyway.

Insane:
02:46:899 (3,4,5,6,7,1) - This feels a little bit too hard

Milans-'s Extra:
00:40:195 (2) - From here to 00:47:262 (4) - That's the only part which bothers me. The notes are right but it feels a little bit "booring".
Otherwise a fun map to play.

Extreme:
There's nothing that bothers me D:
I really like this kind of mapping and its really fun to play :)

I had a lot fun playing all those maps but I haven't tried the easier maps.
While playing those maps I had a lot of ideas in my mind but somehow found only a few things while using the editor. I hope I could help at least a little bit.

Good Job :)

00:23:662 (4,1) - ugly overlap :( this blankets like perfectly so idk what ur talking about
00:28:062 (1) - maybe space this a bit farther away, could mess up the momentum of the player i dt fc'd this all the time its fine
02:04:986 (1) - the spinners ijust don't seem appropriate for this section of music. i'd say just make the whole section a break like what pishi did in extreme will consider this point if more ppl say it but i think as of right now it fits just cuz vocals
02:22:633 (2) - point slider toward circle. the circle isn't that strong of a beat (or i'm deaf) hi hat
02:26:555 (1) - maybe make slider straight? Aesthetic
02:29:565 (1,2,1) - i'd say cut this whole part out. you didn't do this in any of the other little breaks of the kiai and it's really unexpected its supposed to keep u on guard cuz u just got back from a 157 bpm break if that makes literally any sense whatsoever lmao i sound so fucking stupid rn
02:46:899 (1,2) - move these two closer plays fine as it is rn imo

cabn you map something bad so i can mod it hoyllllllllllllllllll mod thats so raven its bad also sorry for denying like literally everything lmao

01:13:128 (2,1,2) - This plays a little bit wierd in my opinion but it sounds right. smoothie also told me to remove this so i reworked (read: literally just added a repeat)
02:17:535 (1) - I would cut this slider. it's 4 the vocals tho
02:29:299 (1,1,2,1) - Dashyy- mentioned to cut this part out. I tried this map with and without this part and honstly I don't know why but I tapped there anyway. basically same response as above but ill consider removing it

pishi insane:

00:30:728 (4) - maybe blanket with 00:30:195 (1) - ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ did it
00:40:862 (1) - rlly ugly slider :(((((((( same with 00:45:128 (1) - disagree :(
01:20:462 (1,1,2,3,1,1,1,2,3,1) - not really a huge fan of the vocals being mapped here since it feels unreadable rhythm is so sparse that i dont think itll be that hard for people to figur e out :
03:04:499 (1) - maybe map the drums at the end of the spinner dont really want to have ninja notes after spinners cuz they're so unexpected lo

extreme:

02:28:123 (1) - maybe put a note at he strong sound instead of the slidertail i d k release is enough after holding for so long i think

cabn you map something bad so i can mod it hoyllllllllllllllllll no thx

Hi, M4M with Raiden. My map for mod: https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1045327 Thank you very much (the genre of my map looks like this one).

[General]

> I think the offsets for drum-wise matching are not ideal, as well as the first BPM is not exactly correct.

  • # offset=312 at the very beginning is set too early. Listen to the guitar plug with note in Taiko, meanwhile the guitar plugs (except those intentionally delayed guitar plugs)do not hit on every beat divisor clearly which indicates a wrong BPM set. I suggest a BPM=181 at offset=321 (although there're still some unstable (but not noticeable in gameplay)guitar plugs, I try to put them in a correct scale). yea ill change that
Currently I just use the previous timing to mod.

00:01:481 (3,4,5,6,7) – I think this’d be better as dkddk
01:13:928 – You’re missing a sound here, I suggest adding a k because it’s a similar sound to the k before it.
01:53:080 (4) – I like this better as a k.
02:18:712 – Lot’s of dons… add a few k’s, maybe following the vocals?
02:38:365 (24) – If you listen closely it has the same sound as the k before it…
02:38:765 - You’re missing a sound here
02:46:099 (18) – I think this’d be good as a don.
02:47:299 – and 02:47:365 - You’re missing sounds here

easy
01:09:528 - i think having a rhythm on this vocal is more important than 01:09:795 (1) - the 1/1 gap feels odd with the vocals which most people's ears will follow

smokeman's normal
00:59:128 (1,2) - this overlap feels somewhat misleading for a normal
02:46:232 (3) - 02:45:299 (1) - swap NC for consistency? or maybe go back and 01:11:928 (6,1) - swap these NC
02:54:765 (3) - missing NC?
02:36:765 (6) - flipping this vertically might make this easier on the eyes and cursor

hard
00:51:662 (1,2,3,4) - feels out of nowhere, random. don't see the reason for pattern change, no drum fill or rhythm change
00:57:262 (1,2) - recommend not using slider end overlap since its established as 1/2 rhythm quite heavily. maybe 0.5x like with buzzsliders, since also 1/4
02:58:098 (1,2) - not overlapped

fiery's insane
00:47:528 (1,2) - kinda dont like this overlap/rhythm. even though stack leniency makes 1/1 perfect overlap, this looks like the rhythm starts on white tick since you emphasize it very very heavily in this section
01:20:462 (1,1) - feel like these would be better as 1/4 fast sliders like 01:04:462 (1) - since you are following the instrumental track here
01:38:013 (2,3) - goofed overlap
01:42:413 (1) - unnecessary NC
01:44:547 (1) - ^
01:50:947 (1) - ^
02:55:165 (2,3,4,5,6) - i think this pattern is too spaced for the stacks

insane
00:52:595 (4,1) - swap NC for consistency
01:00:995 (1,1) - SV + this spacing being 1/2 in the section before + the guitar being released on the red tick makes this feel sort of poor
01:03:662 (1,1,1,1) - i feel like this should expand more and more (fits with 01:51:480 (1,1,1,1,1) - )
01:30:595 (1,3) - stack leniency raise? extremely difficult to read this and its one of a kind. or manually stack
02:06:163 (2) - dont think this circle is necessary
02:12:438 (2) - ^
02:38:365 (1,2,3,4) - i think these should be jumps like in previous kiai. i feel like this pattern understates the energy
02:46:899 (3,4,5) - rhythm is fine but i think the overlapping nature of this spacing freaks the player out
02:55:965 - tons of unsnapped object ends (timing tick deleted?)

milan-'s extra
00:38:728 (1,6) - slight overlap instead of full like before?
00:40:995 (5) - feel like this circle is unnecessary / obtrusive to the rhythm. applies so on..
01:03:128 (4,1) - i think this should follow 00:58:862 (4,1) - and do something like this (ignore shitty implementation) for consistency
01:09:528 (1) - remove NC
01:18:062 (1) - ^ (these apply to second kiai too)
01:38:147 (4,5) - disagree with 3/4 slider here, you dont use this rhythm on this beat elsewhere in this section
02:58:365 (2,5) - slight overlap instead of full for consistency
02:59:965 (4,1) - ^
03:05:432 (1) - badass

extreme
00:26:595 (1) - unnecessary NC since nothing in music denotes changing NC pattern this time
01:34:328 (1) - since high SV i would split into 2 sliders
01:44:547 (6) - NC? you typically NC twice per measure when there is a drum fill
02:46:899 (3) - ^ and remove 02:46:632 (1) -
02:55:432 (4) - NC
diff is extremely hard to mod, very well executed concepts

02:58:098 (1,2) - not overlapped unstacked the 1/4, but i find 1/1 stacks easier to interpret than spaced 1/1 so gonna leave that one (and al the other 1/1stacks)

insane
00:52:595 (4,1) - swap NC for consistency would be more inconsistent to swap comboing here tho
01:00:995 (1,1) - SV + this spacing being 1/2 in the section before + the guitar being released on the red tick makes this feel sort of poor i feel it's pretty supported by the vocalguy
02:38:365 (1,2,3,4) - i think these should be jumps like in previous kiai. i feel like this pattern understates the energy this one's got different drums which i htink work with lower spacing

extreme
01:34:328 (1) - since high SV i would split into 2 sliders the doublerepeat makes it stand out more than 2 sliders would:(

00:47:528 (1,2) - kinda dont like this overlap/rhythm. even though stack leniency makes 1/1 perfect overlap, this looks like the rhythm starts on white tick since you emphasize it very very heavily in this section the rhythm before is basically only 1/1 gaps, so this rhythm change isnt really that noticeable since it's still a 1/1 gap
01:20:462 (1,1) - feel like these would be better as 1/4 fast sliders like 01:04:462 (1) - since you are following the instrumental track here i mean the guitar chords end on the slider ends there as well and that's what they're following + vocals so
01:38:013 (2,3) - goofed overlap de
01:42:413 (1) - unnecessary NC this one's for the 1/1 gap cuz otherwise it'd be harder to read
01:44:547 (1) - ^ agree with this one
01:50:947 (1) - ^ same reason as 01:42:413 (1)
02:55:165 (2,3,4,5,6) - i think this pattern is too spaced for the stacks i feel like it intensifies properly considering it's near the end of the song and intensity is kicked up to shit here

nice applause.wav
00:20:210 (1) - some green lines to make spinnerspin volume match the fading in stuff
01:44:547 (1) - could add drum clap or finish for kick // 02:46:899 (1) -
02:18:319 (1) - whistle for guitar? stands out way more hre than later imo

ex ex
00:33:528 (1) - would it make more sense to break the circular flow stuff here instead of on 00:34:462 (1) - emphasis wise?
00:52:662 - seems like this would be nice to also have 1/4 cause you did it for the things before/after. if you want more vocal/red tick emphasis maybe do it as 1/4 slider?

01:09:528 (1) - 01:18:062 (1) - sound is quite different here and it seems you put nc to make them stand out a bit. maybe you could add some sv change too? would be really nice on these I think, same for second chorus
01:21:928 (2) - seems weird to make this clickable with this much emphasis. could do something like making 01:21:928 - a sliderend or maybe make 01:21:928 (2,1) - into a triple?
02:18:319 (1) - 3/4 slider seems a bit much in such a calm part, could easily be 1/2
02:47:165 (5) - can you nerf angle a bit or something, it's such a sudden rather spaced stream already. something like http://i.imgur.com/7fx2T6E.jpg maybe (and yea nc would also be cute on that)

00:56:995 (1) - think the thing you did for these on top diff was nicer, feels a bit too much clicking wise compared to the song and looking at how you mapped tapping on 00:55:928 (1,2) - . just think it doesn't bring across the change in the song as well as it could
01:26:128 - 02:04:398 - etc. doesnt seem intentional to have custom break snapping
02:55:165 (2,3,4) - seems bit underemphasized, could really be more spaced

fiery
hitsounding seems kinda empty without the drum stuff higher diffs have on spots like 00:29:928 (2) -
00:39:928 (1,3,1) - pretty gross autostacking thing http://i.imgur.com/7GEHRf4.jpg // 00:51:928 (2,5,6) - etc. just go over this with stacking enabled and fix the ones that look weird ingame, takes like 2 min
00:44:862 (3,4,1) - why does this suddenly break your stacking thing?
01:04:462 (1) - 1/8 might be cuter here // 02:29:299 (1) -
hitsounding thing becomes even more apparent in chorus, could just copy higher diffs or add some more stuff I think
01:22:062 (1) - circles might be nicer with such oustanding drum stuff
01:25:795 (1) - 2x sv on this looks so weird, or more like high sv buzz sliders in general. 1x or even 0.5x would be nice
01:34:328 (1) - could have different sv to stand out a bit more
02:29:565 (1,2) - could be different from your other 1/1 stuff cause music is so different compared to others. maybe have it as overlaps or sth to make it kinda unique? like http://i.imgur.com/72cHpLN.jpg or http://i.imgur.com/65nuOHv.jpg but second one might be a bit edgy compared to your other things and considering it's the easier insane of the set

hard
01:22:062 (1,2,3,1) - should probably be a bit less difficult than the stuff you placed in more intense chorus (lower ds or sth I guess)

smokeman
00:27:128 (1,2) - ds is really off here

easy
00:24:462 (3,1) - might be a bit nicer for beginners to overlap this less http://i.imgur.com/2HEz2mq.jpg (3 is rotated a bit)
00:35:662 (1) - could probably be a single circle to make this less slider spammy? (same for when this section repeats)
00:52:728 (1) - can you make this not overlap with default hp bar

yea get taikos checked or sth

Can you do the Preview point here ?

for the first thing on extreme, i put direction changes on the object afterwards for all of these (the 1/1 gap) since a pause is a more natural way to do change circular stuff

did all the others, and got someone for taiko i think

id be spoiling the best part of the song :(

[Raiden's Oni]
  1. 00:20:293 (1) - Either move this spinner to the white tick after or replace the don entirely. I just don't like when people try to do both at once, really.
  2. 00:53:328 (5) - Would fit better at 00:51:062 (20) - , so it's a pattern of ddd, dkd, ddd, and then something new.
  3. 01:08:928 (3) - Looks way cleaner without this note here.
  4. 01:14:062 - The way you start to prioritize vocal breaks is jarring and doesn't really work in the second half of kiai where no one really expects density to drop.
  5. Can the whoaaaaa parts be k k dk k d kd instead? All k ignores a lot of feeling.
  6. 01:37:813 (8) - The world's most random 1/4? Rest of this part doesn't have any.
  7. 01:53:613 (5) - K? Fits guitar and I think the ring of the K leads into the break nicely.
  8. 02:04:986 - D D K _ *spinner*? Authentic style stuff, but I think it'd be really nice.
  9. 02:11:261 - ^ With an added note ofc.
  10. 02:18:712 - Straight up remap this part. It doesn't highlight anything in the song well.
  11. 02:51:032 - Here you have two nice triplets that work here in the last kiai, but you never do it again.
[Raiden's Muzukashii]
  1. 00:20:293 (1) - Same as Oni.
  2. 00:26:195 (6) - Move to 00:26:195 (6) - or something? Have SOME variation here.
  3. 00:38:062 (11) - Delete, just to be consistent with the frequency of small breaks in previous parts.
  4. 00:57:262 - You lowered density to match how Oni does but it sounds really bad. Try:

First note is the K cymbal crash. It sounds fuller at the sacrifice of those finishers you added.
  5. 01:10:728 - Since the start of kiai had that kdddk, try and make this part denser (ddkkd k?) but delete 01:12:195 (16) - to compensate.
  6. 01:19:262 - ^ though the note removal is a bit more optional.
  7. 01:26:728 - For matching density drops the whole song, you kinda gave up here.
  8. 01:34:195 (11,12) - Delete these along with whatever else you change. It's too Oni-similar regardless.
  9. 01:44:680 (5,6) - Pick one of these to delete, you usually do when you map this drum fill anyways.
  10. 01:53:613 (5) - Same as Oni. Also, the I DON'T HATE YOUUU parts and remapping the don-only part.
  11. 02:30:365 - Do the exact same stuff I called for in the first kiai, but also delete 02:47:032 (2,3) - to lead out nicely.
  12. 03:03:165 (4,5) - hey these r dons in oni.
You'll probably find stuff yourself too.
