There are not many tournaments for your rank. Moreover, if there is one, there are always many problems with no-shows. This is partly the reason why people stop hosting tournaments for low ranks. I recommend you keep playing for now to increase your rank. Tournaments start to appear for ranks under 200k. For more frequent tournaments your rank should be below 100k or 50k. For competitive matches you can always join a lobby in multiplayer.
