Tablet + keyboard.
Don't fall under the impression that you can only get as good as Cookiezi by using what he uses. With the right amount of time and dedication you can be just as proficient as he is with what you have currently.
Why don't you ask the guy yourself? :c
Use whatever method you use best.
1) He uses tablet + keyboard.
2) He trains his fingers with weights every morning after he wakes up.
3) He plays his personal maps which probably only Rucker, Doomsday, KanbeKotori and some others can read with little difficulty every day for an hour or two.
