Fullscreen (1680x1050) and sometimes windowed (1024x768). Without background video and special effects! (laggy on virtualbox)
wrenbow
Fullscreen 1920x1080 on a 22" screen. Can't play any other way.

I much prefer full screen, but where there is a mass of slider my comp lags. I play Windowed mode at a slightly modified res (1920x1058 or something like that) otherwise there is a compression line or two in the game, which also causes distortion, and bad playing.

fullscreen 1024x768 cause i have very old pc.
Darkimmortal
Windowed has less input lag for me (which is crucial for mouse players), so I play windowed 1280x960 on a 1280x1024 CRT.

mfw I keep an old CRT plugged in exclusively for osu
machomuu
Default Windowed, I don't really have a reason, I guess I just don't feel like changing it.

Same. Except my resolution is 1440x900.
Firo Prochainezo
Default windowed. Just because I was too lazy to change it and I got used to it.
burningmice
Always full screen for standard.
Sometimes windowed for the other two modes, usually full screen though. Anything else can wait for me to alt+tab once I'm done the song.
Hyde
window 800x600 from now.
TBTE
Windowed 1280*1024
JoeJev
Full screen, 1920x1080. I like the crispness and with vsynch on I never go below 60fps, without vsynch its like a couple hundred fps
ElxBeta
Fullscreen 1024x768 for standard, window 800x600 for CTB or Taiko when i'm in the mood to play that
Bmxant
Full screen 2560x1440 :X

I play fullscreen in the highest resoulution because i think it's easier to play then and my accuracy is better. 8-)

zingmars
Fullscreen @ 1280x960.
Never understood why Osu! doesn't support 1280x1024 in fullscreen. Then I looked around and noticed that there are quite a few games that seem to be dropping that resolution. /sadface
Acrith
Window mode 1024x600 (HD).. Because of playing taiko (it's really good resolution to playing taiko mode):)

Otherwise, the cursor moves with a little but unacceptable delay.

Windowed because it's easier to switch applications when i need it

Custom resolution of 1000*750 (yeah i don't know why, but i don't find 1024*768 to be comfortable to play with) on a 17" 5:4 1280*1024 screen.
