Full screen 1600x900.
i can feel the cursor movement delay when i play windowed. dunno why

alt tabbing isn't a problem to me since the latest driver of my GPU rulz :3

I play windowed but due to this post I tried full screen.. and its soooo nice but im just used to windowed :(

Windowed mode, because of the following reasons:
  1. I multitask all the time.
  2. Fullscreen mode can be buggy at some cases. Often, it could crash.
  3. Opening Beatmap Editor reverts to Windowed mode anyway.
Screen resolution is dependent on the PC specifications and monitor. I often use 1024×768, but I can switch to 800×600 and 640×480 if the PC couldn't cope up or if the monitor has the height of 800 or below (such as 1280×800-monitor-resolution laptop I have)

I play fullscreen. Always. Just because I don't like other programs, my desktop or any other thing interfere with osu! while I'm playing. And I feel so much better wenn it's in fullscreen, dunno why ^_^

FUll screen, 1920x1080. I enjoy the visuals just as much as the music, playing is just a plus!!! I would not want to see anything else while playing

My pc 1920x1080 = I play 1440 x 900 windows mode FOREVER

1680x1050 = Big , no long
1440 x 900 = Long , Great ^^
Full Screen = Bug + problems

Hey, how do you guys play fullscreen without no delay in your cursor movement? whenever i try to play fullscreen there's some lag in my tablet movement/mouse.

I have a 1920x1080 monitor

also, whenever i go fullscreen, the circles and shit get wide, and it looks ugly :/

You're probably playing osu! in a square resolution for Fullscreen and that's why they look wide. Make sure you change it to 1920x1080 in fullscreen.

For delay I think that has more to do with your computer.

Wow...way more people play in windowed then I woulda thought. =/

Fullscreen 2048x1152 here. Tried windowed for a day or 2 and hated it. Everything seemed really small and my desktop wallpaper changes every10 sec so it was a tad distracting.

I play window custom resolution 324x243 by edit the cfg file, that's they way to play man :D
