Every game that has windowed mode I play in windowed mode. Same for Osu
Full screen makes it easier to do spinners because spinning is fun with huge circles.

Used to play Fullscreen but switched to window mode (1024x768) because I felt it was easier to reach the circles

in window mode i feel the cursor has delay.

Windowed mode 14440x900. I've never had any lag trouble and this way I can keep a better eye on Steam. 
Fullscreen @ 1366 : 768, so I could concentrate on osu! better.
I play in window mode, it's easier to multi-task and get new songs like that.

Windowed 1024x768 (1440x990) frame limiter: off ,i have no problem ,but when i turn on aero in Win7 then... that is e d of the world.
windowed 1366x768. osu! doesn't support 120 hz in fullscreen, so it's not really an option.
Windowed, mostly for the sake of being able to multi-task easily between songs/breaks.

Windows Mode 1024x768, because in Fullmode, I have to Alt+Tab everytime someone is talking to me on Facebook or Msn. .3.'

1024x768, Window mode. I alt tab a lot, especially during break, and I find it easier to play on window mode.
