I want to give you some suggestions, I think I can't mod with those problems ...
- You don't need to map everything, battery introduces after some time. In my opinion a streaming guitar at the start of a song is very insuitable with Taiko sounds. Just put Big ones when the sounds becomes heavy.
- For Katsu notes please use "R" (Claps), not (Whistle) "W"
- Manage your combo notes. Create more "New combos" with "Q" key.
- Those streams are TOO MUCH, and must be placed in maps with 5* and above.
- Remove most of the over-speeded groups of notes, most of them don't need such emphasis. Like 03:54:657 and 04:00:157
- I've noticed you are avoiding patterns. Come on mate . Don't be afraid about putting changing patterns, those repetitive structure of groups makes the map unsatisfactory, also reallocate big notes.
- Those faltal ends with the organ-like songs are too much for the actual Difficulty, consider do something else.
- Don't allow note groups with different speed become mixed, thats annoying.
- All after 04:52:907 seems good, just remove big notes (including the three at the end) because are unnecessary (you can see that is the most quiet part of the song or you can be noticed isn't causing despair feeling anymore).

I want to mod patterns and notes, but you need to pulish almost your entire map first. And that really needs time .
Besides, if I see improvement, I'll give you mods, for now just suggestions.
As you can see this is proof of your sudden deathstreams, the song is crushing all the time, so your map also must be constant.
