CS 3 on Insane ? Really ? What for ? It's larger than Normal/Hard and the map isn't even really based on movement... 3,6 on the hardest diff seems really generous too.
Normal's CS can't be equal to Hard's.
I'm pretty sure neither of these are true, CS can kinda be whatever most of the time as long as it fits the difficulty, in some cases people will opt for linear CS spreads but your Hard / Normal can be the same CS or whatever as long as it fits the map. At least, I'm pretty sure...

I know we shouldn't discuss rules here but I think that allowing a GD to be inconsistent or incoherent with the mapset just because it's from someone else is really stupid.

Besides that, CS3 here is really useless and forced, it feels like you used it just to make your map different from meta. It just makes the map easier for no reason and has nothing to do with creativity since the difficulty could work perfectly with CS4.
You can't use star rating as an argument. If it's too high with coherent parameters then you just didn't manage to make an appropriate difficulty.

It's up to you, I guess nominators won't care about it... no big deal after all, it's just a game. I won't complain if it gets ranked

What I think you should do is reshape this into something different maybe like sort of stack them or something, just make it different form the rest of the streams because it has very different sound :3 Tbh to me it has the same sound as the rest, so I left it as it is

The spinners end on different spots, I think you should communicate a time that you all can agree on

Small spread concern, the jump in 1/4 from the hard (hard having few triplets / no streams at all) to the first insane (pretty much a stream map) might be something to watch out for in the future. You may need a hyper!

EDIT - I guess you're getting a hyper which makes the spread concern null.

00:03:771 (1,2,3,4) - This combo is 2 downbeats long, 00:07:095 (1,2,3) - is 1 downbeat long, etc, so I assume you forgot to NC on 00:05:433 (3) -

00:16:651 (2,3,4,5,1) - Well, this is the first 1/4 in the entire song you go straight to a 5plet, I would just do something else instead. Maybe two 1/4 sliders? Let's the player build the rhythm of the 1/4 before they have to get into it later in the map.

00:28:701 (1,2) - are facing the left, so having 00:29:532 (3) - face the right (along with 00:29:948 (4)) matches the music more, if that makes any sense lol. Just listen and you'll see what I mean c:

00:16:444 (3) - powerful sounds here so this having low spacing doesn't really fit

Only problem I really have with this diff is that reading it is kinda hard because you use very similar gaps in spacing for different gaps in the timeline. For example, 00:12:392 (2,3) - is 1/4 but 00:11:665 (7,1) - is 1/2 despite the spacing between them being very similar visually.

One fix would be to simply increase the spacing in 1/2 gaps, which is what I would do.

00:16:651 (1,2,3,4) - I would use a drastically lower spacing for these 4 because they're not really part of the streams that are being mapped in the kiai. Maybe you could stack em

Only problem I really have with this diff is that reading it is kinda hard because you use very similar gaps in spacing for different gaps in the timeline. For example, 00:12:392 (2,3) - is 1/4 but 00:11:665 (7,1) - is 1/2 despite the spacing between them being very similar visually. It should be fine, but I'll see about that

One fix would be to simply increase the spacing in 1/2 gaps, which is what I would do.

00:16:651 (1,2,3,4) - I would use a drastically lower spacing for these 4 because they're not really part of the streams that are being mapped in the kiai. Maybe you could stack em Did 2 1/4 sliders previously

  1. You could consider replacing your current BG with a 1920x1200 BG image if you like. Saying that because the current one looks like it has poor quality even though it's 1366x768 and because of the recent update of RC. The quality of the video is better tbh. The lines look a lot more defined and sharp.
  2. You should start the spinners at the end at 00:37:115 - OR 00:37:219 - consistently through the mapset. Currently only Hard and Insane start at 00:37:115 - . You don't really need to consult with your guest mappers about that, it's something general as they all have spinners so you can adjust that by yourself.
  3. 00:30:363 - Why are the hitsounds 40%? That's really low and the hitsounds are hardly audible. You need to make them louder by at least 15%, otherwise it will be unrankable. I get that you want to reduce the intensity after the chorus but they are too low. By the way, the volume of the song doesn't change exactly, it's just that certain instruments are less apparent or that there is a synth change.
  4. The spinner at the end doesn't precisely fade out in volume to the music. With the standard skin the spinner sounds are too loud. I suggest to gradually decrease hitsound volume and end with a soft hitsound as the drum is too loud at the end when the song has faded out.
  5. Since you have "television" in your tags you should add "TV" as well as it's the acronym and more commonly used. Also remove "XD" lol
  6. Difficulty settings could be a bit more balanced. There are some dicernible jumps. Try to adjust them so that the settings gradually increase in hardness.

Such a slider circle stream jump stream is something to be used in Extras only. You will have to reduce the amount of elements a bit for it to be appropriate for this difficulty level. What I liked: Time for constructive feedback xD (I could do this in german, but English is more comfortable to me here):
I liked how detailed the mod was, also adressing the checklist up top which I also liked to see which parts of the map are good to go
Also, I actually liked the icons, while they did cause for extra text in the reply, I actually found it really helpful when going through the suggestions
And last but not least, I liked how structured it was and how nice it looked, made it

What I disliked:
Well, to me the only thing I didn't like was the wall of text that I had to go through. While it ofc helps with making your statement, some things could be shortened.

Hard

- 00:16:651 (2,3) - personally i dont think this is much of an issue for Hard players since this is totally readable and also fun to play
but the thing that might stress the players are 00:17:794 (3) - these triples because you mainly follow the 1.4 spacing (it is consistent but the spacing is way too huge for a slider velocity this slow, kind make the triples a bit closer, i suggest you used ds 1.0x for triples

thats all since the higher diffs plays well for me after a few tries

  1. I personally find the way you space objects around the beginning (e.g. 00:03:771 (1,2,3) - ) rather weird. I get that you are adding a small amount of distance to emphasise the change in tone in the chiptune thing, but if you were to use it, best to use it at all instances, such as 00:13:743 (1,2) - . It just seems kinda weird to do this only for the first quarter of the song
  2. I've also noticed how the comboing in this difficulty is longer than how you did it with the Easy and Extra. Is this intentional?
  3. 00:06:264 (7,8) - perhaps two 1/2 sliders or a 1/2 slider then circle will fit better. At this point, there are four vocal points reseting on the white tick (li-ttle whi-le) so I think that white tick should be clickable. Compared to 00:04:602 (3) - which has three vocal points (which is fitting to use a repeat slider)
  4. 00:19:975 (1,2) - don't agree with a combo this short, I know you NC'd to emphasise with the vocals, but the music doesn't really change much compared to 00:12:912 (1,2) - whose music does change at that point substantially
  5. 00:23:092 (4) - a bit too spaced imo, maybe reduce to 1.5x
  6. 00:36:596 (8,9,1) - Maybe a prettier pattern? Right now seems kinda ugly due to the horizontal aspect with 00:36:596 (8,9) - example
The spread transition from Hard to A r m i n's Insane seems a bit too wide imo. Speaking about the kiai, the hard is mostly 1/2 with 1/4 occasionally while the insane is mostly all 1/4 with the occasional 1/2. Perhaps a light insane between the two diffs will help?
Another indicator is to look at the object account across all diffs which goes as followed: 50, 70, 92, 159, 168. As you can see, there's a large jump between 92 and 159

mmmm I'm not familiar with this type of mapping (mapping mostly 1/4) but they play alright (about last two diffs)
