Technically I said no WIP maps, but I took a very quick look at it anyway.

[General]
Lots of spacing problems in all three difficulties, and a lot of unnecessary timing sections.
Go through all the difficulties and remove any unnecessary inherited points.
For example in [Dragonling], remove points 22:164, 22:477, 41:070, 53:727, 01:25:602, and 01:34:977. They don't actually change anything, so they don't need to be there.
Slider tick rate is too high. I'd suggest 1 or 2. Also most of your combos don't start at logical places.

[High Dragon]
00:05:602 (1) - This looks like a stream but isn't. Quite confusing really.
01:02:008 (12,13,14,15,1,2,3,4) - This kind of thing is unrankable since they only have 10ms between them.

Can't star it yet sorry, but you're getting there. :)

Okay, you definitly got the wrong timing... I suggest you request for a new timing HERE - they are pro at finding 'em. Apart from that, tick rate is too high (I agree with the first mod) and does not go with the beat, so make sure you definitly change those two general problems. After you fix them I'll do the more specified mod for each difficulty ;)

By the way, I love the song!

whu, wait? wrong timing? you mean BPM? offset?

about Timing section, I forgot to delete unnecessary timing pts, tnx for that, that was actually a copy paste from another level..
anyways, nonetheless, tnx for both of your comments..
at least I know where to start again since I'm actually planning to do double check hitsounds..

I just tried to have some ppl to comment on it and have a feedback :P so yeah #filipino sucks

[Overall]
I suggest you change your Offset to "6,917"
There are still many problems with the beat of the notes you put such as their timing and spacing, few are good but many aren't good to me. [I don't know to others.]
If you want I can try to fix the timing and spacing of [Dragonling] and check if its good. I'll edit this post and attach the .osu file here if I'm finished. I'll be starting to fix that if you accepted my offer to.
Now if you don't, I'll edit this post and do a normal modding. ;)

tnx, using 5632 is prbbly the best since the BIG downbeat in 00:53:757 is very exact on the the metronome

Hii, so I came back, the offset sounds better now. And I said timing overall, because often BPM affects the Offset.

0:29:538 - You got to space it right... To say, I have no idea what is your spacing choice, I tried x'ing it, but even 0,5 is wrong, please fix if you have multiple spacing in this difficulty.
0:29:649, 0:34:538, 0:35:163 - I think you should add notes here to avoid 1/1 cuz 1/1 is not fun :|
0:30:319, 0:33:444 - I think you can add those as well.
0:40:475 - Remove, sounds better as 2.
0:42:819 - Move 1/4 erlier
0:42:975 - Move 1/4 later
1:01:882 - Move the whole combo 1/4 erlier
1:12:038 - ^
1:13:288 - Move 1/4 later.
1:13:757 (2) - Don't repeat. Instead add a slider 0.5x speed at 1:14:382 2/1 or so long - lower the volume too, to about 30-40.

If you apply the changes and it goes over the 3 stars, I or someone else can do you an easy difficulty, so don't worry about the rating. I found this difficulty kind of on a vage - some parts were harder and some easier, that is why I've made it quite a stable difficulty with those changes...

1:46:257 - :o , Why don't u split it into a few pieces? If you don't add notes into the separation, this bit can still stay 'different' And, more importantly, it should start at 1:46:882, that is where beat one is for sure so...

Overall, I see that you worked on this one. I also see its ur first map... I like the fact that you put something precious into making this beatmap , beacause I always though beatmaps should be unique - and this one is!

use 0.6 la D: sorry bout this, I prbbly accidentally set it to 0.0x when I was expanding the timeline since I'm always using alt+mousewheel to do it, which is also leads to decreease/increase DS spacing sometimes

Inconsistent mapping. :< You need to fully map the first diff (up to where the last two diffs ended) and to have an easy. You have to consider the varying playing skills of people who would play this. Call me back for a recheck when you have already made another diff :)
