it might not be ranked at all. usually ranking takes months

You can rank it pretty fast if you put in the effort needed to rank a map, and your map's quality is not that bad (quality is a bit subjective, though)

they will help you to make it perfect

if the mods think is good they the bats
will put it to qualified
IF the map is perfect
then they will go for a rank
IF they disqualified then the map will become UNRANK
BNs are mysterious creatures that appear every 3 solar eclipse for a very short period of time, during that time you must throw your hands in the air like you just don't care while reading the Bible from start to finish backwards, if you successfully done all that within the time limit, you might have a very small chance that the BNs will briefly look through your map.
Basically ranking maps takes way too long and it's for masochists that has too much time on their hand
