just some suggestions:

-Hard-
00:10:700 (1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - sounds a bit off ._. you create your own rhythm in this part, so it`s better to make your hitsounds louder, people can follow them. in my opinion, just remove all green lines and using N1 hitsounds will be nice!
00:16:340 (3) - use N1-hitnormal will be better imo.(80%volume)

So many jumps here for Normal diff..they are not big,but if you do them,better to increase HP Drain..? Better to put 4
00:20:660 - If I were you,I'd put new combo here instead of this moment : - 00:21:140
00:41:300, 00:42:740 - I think that the shape of these sliders has to be changed a little for more symmetry :/
01:38:900 - add new combo?

00:13:100 - not a very good idea to put this circle here. It sounds better here : - 00:12:980. the same words I can say about this circle : - 00:13:820, it sounds better here : - 00:13:700. What do you think?
01:00:020 - add new combo?
02:14:180 - 02:15:380 - it is pretty hard to read this pattern..maybe you should add a new combo here? : - 02:15:140
