Firstly:

Timing: After playing the beatmap back at 25%, I think your timing is fine and perfect.
Hitsounding:
00:34:791 (1) - Should not use soft hitsound, instead use the normal and add a finish.
00:36:475 (7) - Similar case as above. No additional hitsound required.
I'll assume you haven't finished hitsounding. Some parts in the beatmap lack hitsounds, particularly Finishes and Claps.
Note: Volume at the deathstream should be lowered, try not to earrape ppl xD (may apply for other parts of the song)

Some spinners should be removed, good patterns can be added instead.

01:11:985 (2,3,4,5) - Airman jump: Not a bad idea, but the circles should be space further apart, or rotate a bit for every 2 circles to clearly show that the rhythm still stays. (the stacks may confuse players)
Deathstream - The kick sliders (repeat sliders) are a good idea to make the stream easier, but you should add them where a finish or a clap is in the stream, to make their existence have meaning and reason.
02:46:883 (8) - Should be a bit further from the stream, to show that there is a pause before the note.

On a side note: Your mapping has improved a lot and I can see a style, but I notice that you tend to neglect the far left and far right side of the screen, sometimes you can use those edges extremely, make the players move around the playing field a bit more, you know?

P.S. If you want me to hitsound it for you I can do it, but preferably after you think the map is perfect
