NormalOK, while I don't think there is anything "technically" wrong with this map (as I was playing), I can only say that it was not FUN to play. You used a lot of the same patterns over and over again :S So I am going to suggest some other patterns you can use to make them different
00:30:690 (5) - I'd remove the finish here and add it on the beginning of (1)
00:31:012 (1) - Extend to the red line and move (2) to 00:33:267 (it should be come 4 - change hitsounds accordingly)
00:37:454 (2) - Move half beat back to the red line
00:46:471 (1) - Do something like this? (Look at the timeline, not spacing)
00:50:336 - New combo here, add another repeat (so remove new combo of next beat)
00:52:591 - Add slider here ending on where (3) is
00:54:201 (1) - Extend for half a beat, move (2) back to the white line?
01:01:608 - Add note here
01:01:930 (1) - Add finish here. I would suggest lowering the volume to 60% ish 'cus I think the whistle is too loud. Also, I'd say change the clap at the end of the slider to a whistle because it ends really abruptly and sounds kind of weird :S
01:04:507 (1) - I'd suggest removing the whistle on here. It doesn't really fit. Finish instead?
01:12:236 (1) - Here too. Well, I just don't like these whistles TBH. Use your own judgement with this I guess
01:12:236 (1) - Suggest using this pattern (again, look at timeline). For hitsounds, keep (1) as it is (so it should have finish at beginning + whistle + clap at end), add clap to the beginning of (4) and remove it from (5). I'd add something on (3) but I can't find anything good >_<

01:22:542 - You should end Kiai time here, otherwise it feels really odd while playing
01:33:814 - Add a half beat slider in here, it fits in so well

01:43:154 (1) - Finish on the beginning
Hmm ... do you see what I mean? I'm not going to do the whole song but try to think of some new patterns yourself

Hard has the same problem as Normal. A lot of the patterns were repetitive. Although I did think it was a bit better. There were also some streams that I didn't think fit, and some places where I thought a stream would have been wonderful :O
