- 02:30:213 (1,2) - this is a bit cramped too, maybe try to put this 02:30:213 (1) - with 02:31:384 (5,6,7) - in the same line

I'm not sure how much it matters to you where 02:22:713 (1) - starts but maybe move that starting slider somewhere so the next slider doesn't flow off the side with nowhere to go? its a drop-off, its ok to introduce different kinds of flow patterns into a map
Since you use this rhythm a lot, 01:56:463 (1,2) - , sometimes the circle/slider on the downbeat follows the slider-flow perfectly but sometimes it doesn't later in the map. Since the map starts with this rhythm where it follows slider flow perfectly, 00:07:713 (1,2) - , the same rhythm with the downbeat not following the slider-flow like this 01:02:088 (1,2) - jumps out at me as sort of incorrect. Obviously it increases the variety of the map, but the times where it shows up seem random. Flow does not have to be made consistent. rhythm generally speaking should be made consistent, flow on the other hand you're free to play with. If you make a map in which every single pattern that followed a certain rhythm had to flow a certain way you would be making one hell of a boring map.
00:26:463 (1,2) - 01:18:963 (1,2) - These two similar parts don't really match up, and the first one at 26 seconds is the only time you use this spacing ever in the map. The extra spacing sort of makes sense with the vocal part there, but it seems weird that this one spacing is a one-and-done. I really wanted to bring out that emphasis in the vocal whereas I didn't feel the second time it needed as much emphasis given the bgm is more prevalent then. If that was not the case I would agree with you that the spacing should be changed.
Hard:
01:00:213 (1,2) - This one breaks the slider flow of the softer parts, up until now all of this rhythm had the second slider directly follow the first slider. it's fine
01:41:229 (2) - This should probably be a NC, since same rhythm right before this had a NC on the red tick as well. Avoids some confusion. Quite the opposite I think. The NCs were used indicate 3/4 gaps in the rhythm, hence why I didnt use one for 01:39:588 (2) - It would be especially confusing too with it being stack
01:52:713 (1,2) - This is the only one that breaks slider flow in this chorus section. I disagree
02:24:002 (2,3,1,2,3,4) - Possibly think about repeating the NC spam for this part like you had before? You did set it up for the player before so it doesn't feel weird to play without guiding combo colors, but it is a Hard difficulty and not an Insane or Extra so I dunno what the norms are for that kind of stuff. fair, i'll look into making this part easier to read
Normal:
00:12:400 (2) - Not completely in-line with slider end. intentional
01:20:838 (3) - Slightly off from slider end if you want it be perfectly in line. Move a little to the right if this is what you want. it looks fine
01:40:759 (4) - This slider seems weird because the slider before it ends on the first syllable of "Better" and this slider doesn't hit the downbeat. I think having the slider on "When you're" rather than "-ter When" follows the music better. Spinner placement is fine. Going to leave this for now
