If you purchase osu!supporter you have access to osu!direct which is basically an in-game downloader for beatmaps.
Also, do not post osu! related threads in General Discussion and if you ever have an idea that could be implemented into the game post in Future Requests.

As others said, General Discussion is for non-osu related stuff, and you can already download songs ingame via osu!direct.
