That portion right there is a bit of a remnant of the Score Ranking days, for what it's worth. So it largely is something you don't need to pay much attention to, as per the "To Next Rank" section.
I believe #0 just means you aren't high enough in the global score rankings. Not sure how high up you need to be for it to show an actual number. But as other people said, don't worry about it.
