Overall, this map is quite far away from being qualified tbh, mainly due to those reasons
First, The distance is strangely small and inconsistent, especially on 00:12:615 - to 00:24:726 - , the distance on this part is too small for a stronger part in insane, it have almost the same distance as the quiet parts like 00:24:726 - 01:25:844 - , Which makes it kinda plain and did not fit the song well, also, there's few pattern which have a larger DS while there's nothing special on the song, such as 00:18:950 (3,4,5) - 00:33:112 (1,2,3) - and 00:34:230 (1,2,3) -.
Secondly, some of the object placement and rhythms gives the map lack of emphasis, i do mentioned some on the mod itself about those reverse arrow covering finish etc.... There's much more place to mention such as 00:15:782 (1) - 00:21:745 (3) - 00:36:652 (1) - , Which have finish/stronger sounds, but they're only given no or tiny emphasis as there's no flow reset or jump here, this might make the map pretty plain and boring

Okay now i know this is quite harsh so i'm gonna stop here

First, The distance is strangely small and inconsistent, especially on 00:12:615 - to 00:24:726 - , the distance on this part is too small for a stronger part in insane, it have almost the same distance as the quiet parts like 00:24:726 - 01:25:844 - , Which makes it kinda plain and did not fit the song wellthe parts that you did mention are fairly repetitive and not much can be mapped differently to better suite it. i did emphasis some points to show diffrence in the song. i feel you didn't quite listen to the music for this part as theres not much that can be done here. idk im noob mapper :^) , also, there's few pattern which have a larger DS while there's nothing special on the song, such as 00:18:950 (3,4,5) - 00:33:112 (1,2,3) - and 00:34:230 (1,2,3) -. 00:18:950 (3,4,5) - i always map 3 and 4 the same throughout the entire map which explains the distance, 5's distance is smaller as its not the same music as 00:18:950 (3,4).00:33:112 (1,2,3) and 00:34:230 (1,2,3) have the same reasoning as there is a spike in the music which creates those jumps.
Secondly, some of the object placement and rhythms gives the map lack of emphasis, i do mentioned some on the mod itself about those reverse arrow covering finish etc.... 00:02:366 (1,4) - Normally we don't overlap a sliderbody on a circle and vice versa, because most people don't find that very aesthetically pleasing. Overlaps these days are done by overlapping sliderbodies, or circles on either sliderheads or slidertails. (I’m not saying the way you do this is good or bad, you have to think about this in your own perspective)
I would like to see more consistency in terms of spacings in the first part, considering the rhythm is repeating itself. For instance, on the first measure you used a bigger spacing on 00:01:994 - 00:02:366 so the same spots in the next measures should be the same too to make gameplay more predictable, but in the next measure you used bigger spacings on 00:03:112 - 00:03:298 which are inconsistent to the previous measure despite the rhythm is the same as before. In this case the increased spacings should be at 00:03:484 - 00:03:857 instead (the latter one isn't necessary since you used a 1/4 slider, but my point is you need to have a concept of what you're trying to do and be consistent with it, try to apply that with the rest of that first section) .

00:09:633 (3) - NC here would be more fitting to indicate the changes in rhythm rather than 00:09:261 (1) .

2. Spacing, you could use spacing differently between sections of the song to reflect their intensity. In this case if you don't think you can do anything more with this part 00:24:726 because you already used low and consistent spacings, then you can just increase spacings or do something different on the part before 00:12:615 to make the difference between them more stand out, and so on.
