00:14:274 (1,1) - The flow here isn't very good, because at first you had circular flow, and reversed it on the strong beats (Whether you intended to or not) but this completely goes against that. I suggest with DS on you ctrl+g and rotate 1 so it blankets the previous note.
00:57:318 (2) - I don't think this flows well because the next note is on the right side, yet this still goes in the same direction. And the sliders are very slow too, so it'll be a pain snapping between the notes.

01:29:274 (5) - Hmm, I dunno. I think if you let this slider, player will injure you because they sliderbreak xd I'd recommend to change anyway. I think you can't do this in insane >:
02:07:753 (1,2,3) - You should use a linear slider, ctrl+shift+f it to make it a stream, item count 3 and scale spacing because it's weird, the spacing change a bit and your cursor have to move "weirdly" (this https://puu.sh/tIEFy/f186617b00.png if I place this slider you can see it's weird)

HydroCannon's diffs don't have the custom circle colors. Please make sure all diffs have consistent colors.
The new criteria allows you to use a 1920x1200 bg if you can find a higher resolution of this one.

Easy
Check aimod for unsnapped notes.
00:11:666 (3) - Nc for consistency
00:15:579 (1,2) - The coloring here isn't interesting as the notes don't look grouped. Put the nc on 2 instead.
Overall the diff has some rhythm issues. Parts like 00:36:122 (3) - and 00:37:426 (4) - Are mapped to weak sounds. You want to prioritize / bring out the stronger sounds so the player can better understand your rhythm. I'd go through this diff and make sure your rhythm is justified.
01:12:644 - 01:56:992 - During the kiai, you don't always map this strong beat. Its understandable during the rest of the song, but during the kiai your note density should be higher.

Normal
There's some flow errors I see within the map I feel need to re-looked.
The problem seems to be your circular motion. While yes linear flow is present, patterns eventually become tiring when the player has no shift / handicap to help them aim. This is especially important in Normal.

You're not completely going in a 360 with your patterns. Your flow forms half circles, and then flips directions, creating another half circle.

00:16:883 - Easy way to fix this example would be to flip these 2 sliders. http://puu.sh/uUaha/4155060e58.jpg The fact the reverse goes in the opposite direction gives the player a slight break and allows them to continue.
Other situations like 00:14:274 - https://puu.sh/uUaq9/2a895d0169.jpg could be fixed as well. The player is moving clockwise, and only halfway through they're forced to move counter at 00:15:579 (4,5) - Better places to switch directions would be on the pauses at 00:16:557 - so the shift is more playable.

Hard
I see similar issues as in normal, as this doesn't seem too much different other than the jumps are bigger.

Insane
00:04:818 (3,4) - 4 is weaker, so it'd make more sense to remove it. I personally wouldn't use a 1/2 slider as the hitcircle / slider ratio wouldn't balance.
00:07:589 (4) - ^
01:29:274 (5) - This wiggle is unrankable. If you extended those red anchors so it creates a bulge the player should understand it and it'll be okay.
02:09:383 (3) - That 1/4 extension is unpredictable and not supported. It should be a 1/2
02:20:470 (1,2,3,4,5) - These overlaps have no musical support. While yes there are sounds on each note, the anti jumps don't compliment the song. The anti jumps should be at 02:20:796 - and 02:21:122 - where they will be supported.

Fixed some mods, the weird sliders I had and few issues.
Stacking unchanged since it's only using imperfect stacking in the rap parts or leading into them.
The patterns thaat someone was concerned about with the circular sliders, the song introduces them well and therefore shouldn't be a problem for players to play it when they see it again in the map.

The rhythm is a pain to read and will be confusing to new players. 2/1 sliders end in nothing and only work in patterns like this 01:09:057 (4,5,6) but it's still confusing because you also use this 02:24:709 (3,4,5). Distance snap helps but it's not enough when there is no structure to changes between 3/2 and 2/1 sliders
Also this 00:55:035 (6,1) and 01:41:503 (4) is nearly impossible to sightread and just sucks to play.

Overall the map the map would be better with more boring parts and less rhythm changes
