but then at 00:03:020 (3,1,2) - which is ensentially the same 00:03:395 - you start on this vocal and miss out on 00:03:520 -
also nothing is at 00:02:520 (1) -
and at 00:04:395 (3) - how come you end the slider on nothing as opposed to the vocal on 00:04:770 -
i would prioritize the instrument in this section imo but your rhythm choice atm doesnt make much sense to me

To fit how I mapped almost the entire song, I followed the vocals and fixed the rhythm, for it.

00:32:020 (1,2,3,4) - id just do a stream instead, its only 120bpm so its not going to be that hard The reason I didn't want to do a stream here is even though yes 120 bom streams are easy, for people who play 2.91 stars they don't really know how to play streams. So instead I used sliders
00:35:020 (7) - more spacing, youve shown your map can use more spacing at 00:17:270 (2,3) - and makes a lot of sense here The example you gave has 1/2 beat between, while the notes here have a 1/4 beat, so the example for higher spacing doesn't really work, also, the spacing there isn't that high compared to the kiai sections. This is assuming you wanted me to space more between the 7 and 8. If you wanted me to space it more from the notes before it, I don't see why I would, nothing really justifies a change in spacing there
00:36:520 - start note here It is true that there is a sound there, but it is poart of a note she holds, and since I'm following vocals, I made it into 1 slider. In order to still acknowledge that sound, I used the slider shape.

- 00:01:770 (3,1,2,3) - I'd imagine this rhythm would be confusing for people playing the map blind since there's a poor polarity switch here.
- 00:04:020 (2,3) - Polarity issue here too, the random switch to blue ticks can be pretty jarring.
- 00:18:770 (5,6) - This one especially because it's right after a downbeat.
- 00:21:020 (3) - You should be starting NCs on the downbeats in my opinion since these have pretty significant guitar notes. Same applies for 00:23:020 (5) and 00:25:020 (4). It happens quite a few times and I'm too lazy to list every single one out, so I won't bother unless you want me to.
- 00:33:020 (1,2,3) - I think there are better rhythm choices if you're following the vocals here. You miss a note on 00:33:770 and furthermore 00:34:020 should ideally be mapped with an active note for better emphasis. - 00:37:895 (5,1) - Poor polarity.
- 00:40:020 (1,2) - Keeping with a slider-circle rhythm would be better here since offbeat sliders can be a little unusual, plus having a repetitive rhythm to 00:39:020 (1,2,3) isn't a bad thing since the vocals follow a similar repetitive rhythm through these parts.
- 00:51:020 - This beat should ideally be mapped to an active note since it's a downbeat and is significant in the music.
- 01:00:895 (1,2) - Polarity. There isn't even anything significant on the blue tick here in my opinion.
- 01:25:020 (1,2,3,4) - These are confusing to play since they appear shorter than 01:24:520 (4) which is a 1/2 slider, but these are extended 3/4 sliders and so the player releases these way too early anticipating them to be 1/2 or shorter.
- 01:26:520 (4) - Instead of keeping it repetitive for four notes, you could map the red tick on 01:26:770 to follow the piano and add variety.
- 01:47:020 (2,3) - Polarity thing.
- 02:08:770 (5) - If you're prioritising the lyrics then you could remove this to follow the effect of the vocals silencing here. Alternatively you could make this a 1/4 slider to follow the guitar more accurately.
- 02:19:020 - Similar thing here, I think this would be better mapped to an active beat.
- 02:21:020 - And here.
- 02:25:770 (2,3,4,5) - The offbeat sliders here don't seem appropriate since the beats on the white ticks are more significant in the music than the red ticks.

- 05:22:270 (4) - Similar thing as before. You could make these two circles to map the piano better.

I had a lot of trouble with this part and here is why I ended up going with a 1/1 slider, even though there is a downbeat. I thought of having a 1/2 slider -> circle thing, but here's the catch, between 00:50:520 - 00:51:020 - everything stops, with the exception of the vocalist holding the note. So that's why I had trouble with this part. I can't put a not in the middle, there's nothing there to support a note, and I can't put a pause, since the vocals are pretty important. That,s why I opted for the 1/1 slider that would end on the downbeat. I prefer to follow that part over having an active note on the downbeat. I hope that was a good enough explanation for my reasoning here.

Thanks a lot for this great mod, and thanks for all the polarity stuff, that's going to be useful for future maps. Also, with all the polarity switches in the map, I went through and fixed more changes that weren't noted here. 8-)

04:09:520 - might be easier to read as one slider or maybe even two since it's 1/3, seems kinda out of place for the map/difficulty ;~;

  1. No combo colors?!?! Pick some out~
  2. The places where you turn the first and last kiai on are just a bit before the kiai should actually turn on. I don't think kiai's not being on white ticks is unrankable (not positive) but why not just move the kiais over to the white tick?

  1. 00:02:020 (4,1) - maybe blanket the 1 into the 4? the overlap 00:03:020 (5,1) here isn't pretty
  2. 00:04:020 (2,3) - blanket these?
  3. 00:06:020 (2,3) - move these to stack on the head of 00:05:020 (3) (which I am hoping you moved from the last point)
  4. 00:07:020 (4,6) - overlap isn't good looking (since this is a long map I'm going to just point these out with a simple "overlap")
  5. 00:17:020 (1,2,3) - maybe space all these out a big to get rid of overlaps
  6. 00:18:520 (4,1) - stack these on the tail of 00:17:270 (2)

The song is very slow so the use of 1/1 sliders is fitting with the guitar to keep it feeling very drawn out and melodic.. the current rhythm is more dense in the amount of notes, so in my opinion I woudl remap this section with the intent of using 1/1 sliders on the more powerful guitar sounds

So let me just say now that any time I see something like this, it is my opinion that you should space them out to get rid of the tiny, unintended overlap. Like I said, I don't wanna point all of these out, so if you agree with my opinion on these overlaps than please go back through your map and try to get rid of as many of these are you can~
  12. 00:32:020 (1,2,3,4) - I don't really agree with using kicksliders like this in such a slow map... I reccomend changing these to maybe repeat sliders or something that create the same effect but are less taxing on the player

Yeah I know it's the kiai and all, and the rhythms kinda harmonize with the song, but they're kinda mapped to nothing and are difficult to play for newer players. I reccomend remapping the first section of your kiai to make the rhythm simpler.
  21. 01:16:270 (2,3,6,7) - these doubles really don't make sense to me either, so I would get rid of them for the sake of simplicity

Thanks for the mod, even though I took a long time before applying. I applied everything in the mod except for one thing I didn't change and one thing I went with an inbetween.

02:28:895 (6) - Remove this circle, it makes the map flow better imo I'll keep the circle, since having it removed would actually make flwo worse. Without it, you'd have a sudden and extreme decrease in spacing for no reason, and people would mistake the slider as having a 1/4 gap between them. Also the note is mapped to a subtle but present guitar sound, so it fits where it is

03:31:395 (4) - Since you're following the lyrics at this part this should be extended Even though the vocalist's note is indeed continuing, on 03:31:770 - is where there is a well defined note, and so where the slider should end. If I continued it, it wouldn't have anything to end on. I did the same thing here: 03:25:020 (1,1,1) -

03:38:270 (5) - Awkward slider, weird to play There are a bunch of sliders like this in the map, and this one isn't any different.

02:01:020 (1,2) - and 02:03:020 (3,4) - should either be stacked together or moved farther apart due to rhythmical difference.

02:51:520 (1,2) - I feel like the "aa aa a a aa a a" sound should be emphasized like you did with 02:52:520 (1)

02:52:520 (1) - I feel like the "oh" sound on the end of the slider should be represented by a circle, rather than with a slider end.

03:52:770 (1,2,3,4,5) - all of this feels messy to me? maybe move 3,4,5 farther away from 1 and 2 a little so it doesn't feel cluttery?

Alright so the last four mods here kinda seem really mindless to me. NC is supposed to go on downbeats yes, but that's when the song actually follow that structure. here the vocals do not follow it, they are kinda all over the place, and so the NC doesn't necessarily go on every downbeat. Once again NC'ing takes more thought than just oh a downbeat, better NC, there are places where it is different, like when the song has a different structure

The main two concerns I have are aesthetic (placement of notes and lack of nice sliders, because nice sliders are essential to any slower song), and incorrectly emphasized notes. I Would suggest deleting this slider and placing a circle here 00:02:770 - where there is a guitar sound that is snapped to the red tick nicely, preferably stacked on top of the following slider
  2. 00:06:520 (2) - Even tho coincidentally this piano note isnt that off time-wise, in order to be consistent, i would advise keeping the focus on the guitar by moving the circle here 00:06:770 -
  3. 00:10:770 (2) - This might be a bit subjective but i feel like this should be stacked on the slider, i believe such a sharp 1/2 movement in a calm part like this is a bit sudden

Dont get me wrong, this might look like a big mod but its not like i dont like this map. I Really like the concept you went for and the rhythms your used. I Definitely enjoyed modding this as much as you enjoyed mapping this. This is a nice change of song to mod for me and im glad i got the chance to look at it!

  10. 00:39:020 (1,2) - Really unfit spacing imo, since 00:39:020 (1) - this slider is based on a strong string, yet the second one is based on a weaker string making this spacing not bode well with what the song expresses. As an added point, 00:39:520 (2) - this slider has such a prominent string beat on its slider end, it offers mixed feedback to players since they clicked on a weaker sound than the on the sliderend I put a circle on the strong guitar sound and changed the slider into a single circle

The problem is, players might switch the focus on the piano thinking you are following when in reality you arent. Try expressing this rhythm in a way that the fact that you are following the guitar is distinguished There really isn't a way to have only the guitar stand out, since it goes a bit quiet. But the slider leniancy and the fact that only the guitar has been followed should be enough to make this play fine

  15. Feel free to ignore this suggestion completely, as i get the idea that its intruding to much to how you map things and im just the one modding. However 01:11:020 (1,2) - here something like this can make the movement less snappy since it is a calm part and also it would a nice gimmick for the (2) since its moving like the guitar is... left and right~~~. Also i would suggest turning the following slider into a triple along with 01:13:020 (1) - so its fully disconnected with the previous pattern and its apparent that the kiai is kicking inI wnted to have the snappier rhythm due to the unique sound at that point. As for turning the slider into a triple I find the the current kickslider represents the kick of the guitar really well, so I'd prefer not to change it
  16. 01:14:520 (6) - This feels really disconnected from the whole structure cause it so far away from both previous and next object I apporached it from the other pattern so it's not so alone anymore

01:21:520 (3) - I think could just be a triplet, because i dont really hear a sound to indicate the need for 4 repeats
01:42:020 (4,1) - I dont really like how you ignore the vocal here, i feel like you could carry out the rhythm with 2 1/2 sliders and still end on that circle, plus (at least i think) this is a part that should be emphasized a little
01:53:770 (2,3,4) - Im pretty sure this should be a triplet from the piano but im not really sure
02:54:520 (5,1) - Is this stack a little off or am i just blind
