Your BG is related to PSP but the video isn't. As witness you can't see the new character in the video who has violet colored hair.
Change the BG or let's go with this video for perfection.

The sliderslide hitsound used in sliders like 00:44:819 (1) and 01:09:647 (1) sounds kinda weird for me D: maybe it's too loud, maybe i'm crazy but well.. it'll be up to you
00:12:750 (x) - hmm.. add a note here? without it sounds a little weird imo >_<
00:21:233 (1) - consider starting it at 00:21:026. the way it is now sounds a little late for me
01:18:336 (1,2,3) - this spacing change may be a little confusing for beginers.. I mean, you used the same spacing for 2 diferent times.. well, idk, it's up to you anyways

00:46:888 (4) - i'm not a big fan of short combos, but i think the rhythm here changes >< consider new combo for this slider

Such a low HP drain - maybe you should put 2-3?
01:07:992 - I guess this slider has to end in : - 01:08:612

as i rememembered spinnerspin is not allowed to be set silenced. just use a timing point to make them at very low volume.

diff is well made, but do you think using massive SB hitsounds is a good idea? i can't agree. especially when you can solve them with tick-sounds. it may be some extra work but i think you'd better do it. anyway it's the EASY diff.

[Normal]
00:04:061 (2) - also add clap to the beginning. it'll be covered by the finish, but make the slider sounds better.
00:08:405 (5) - remove whistle at the end, to make the hitsounds flow like whistle-normal-whistle
01:22:681 (1) - just a circle at 01:22:888 would be better

song is really slow and i'll suggest Slider Velocity 1.6. OD+1 maybe
